I resigned from a temp position at Kelly 6/5/2017. Even though I notified my hiring manager about the deplorable conditions at the job, she had me listed as "not eligible for rehire" and this is grieves me because I did not do anything wrong. The training was horrible. Sometimes the trainer left the room for long periods of time and I was in there was a group of young people who used a lot of profanity and talked about sex, etc., because there was no supervision. I did not have access to get into a computer for the first 8 days. When I got access the 9th day, we had to sit on the floor and observe. Then on the 10th day, we had to take a computerized test using our own computer access. Since I had just gotten access, I was frustrated because I was not given ample opportunity to become acclimated to the system. I feel that I was listed as INELIGIBLE FOR REHIRE because I complained about the training. It was easier to blame me that it was to fix the problem.

This company advertise that they have jobs available and when you come in and give them you r information and take test, they will tell you that the company does not need anymore people right now and that Kelly Services will call you in a week. They are full of it. The recruiters should be held accountable for having people come in under false pretenses.

A highly unprofessional office. I had three phone interviews scheduled with one of their recruiters and she called none of the three times. They exhibited a complete lack of respect for my time. I do not believe they have the positions that they claim to be trying to fill.

Horrible. You do not get paid on time. They do not tell you that if you sign up for direct deposit, that it will take up to 3 weeks for it to process. They will send you paper checks until then.
