Rotten customer service. Responded to an email inquiry about a printing job saying he was a little behind due to four days off. Didnt respond to a followup phone call that went to voice mail several days later. If he didnt want the business, all he had to do was send an email or return a phone call saying so.

Todd is always on top of everything I give him. The print quality is top notch and his prices are unbeatable. Once you discover this, you will not go anywhere else for your document printing. Did I mention he has an in house planroom? This company does it all. Very satisfied!
