I went into this store for three days in a row on my lunch break. You get no attention unless you ask for help and when you do, the staff is ineffectual. I was really in the market for a product and wanted to buy it at this store because it is so close to where I work that I could shop on lunch breaks for accessories and possible upgrades but made the decision to buy elsewhere. Skip this store and go to Best Buy

School supply shopping, had offering of everything needed seperated into bins in the middle aisle. It was convenient, but, expensive. If you walked around a little bit you would find everything at a lower price and different name brands. It was obvious from the employees handling of checkout, that they were not prepared for the amount of customers.

Do not desk with these people, this store or this company. The manager can stand the look you square in the eye and lie and it doesnt even bother her. She told me someone would contact me about a problem that I had thee and NO ONE ever did. Stay away, I would rather drive further, pay more and wait longer then give this company another penny.

I went in for 2 14 x 24 copies. The young lady that helped me was pleasant, however I wondered around the store,checking in occasionally to see if my order was complete.I was there approximately 35 minutes before I was told the copier was broken. She did give me info competitor locations. I bought sharpies and left.

terrible...couldnt follow directions that were written out in 2 different areas in their printing services department. and then the manager just floats around it and doesnt resolve anything. plus was told it would not be more than $13 and then had to pay $17.

Not enough employees. Generally have to go find someone for help. Bathroom was disgusting. Went in two days in a row, and the toilet was still clogged with feces. Need more reliable and dependable employees.

A friend need a computer tablet, it was after christmas, so there wasnt much ta pick from, there was one left, display model, he bought, has been very please, great service, and sales people

Convenient Location, staff was pretty helpful. Their ink/toner section was a disaster though... Prices did not correlate with the products actually in the bin.

Food place for supplies. I was over charged, but the issue was resolved quickly. However if I had not seen the over charge it would have gone unnoticed!!
