My family had used Highs for yrs., but when my dad died, they came to me at a very vulnerable time and said your dad owed $300 on your moms funeral (30 plus yrs. ago). Could you pay it. About a year after the funeral, I got to thinking about it and it was not a very nice thing to do. They could have come to me a while after the funeral and said something, but no. So my family will never use I them again.
