I wouldnt recommend them to anyone ever. They just arent worth the hassle. We had Brian Elder Roofing replace our roof in October 2015. We had scheduled the time frame for the replacement with the salesman, which he promised it could be done. Then the office called saying that they couldnt get it done until a couple weeks after the time frame that was agreed upon with the salesman. After my husband went back and forth with them on the promises made in writing, they finally rearranged the schedule and got it done to meet the promises made. The work was done great for the roof but they had to come back at a later date because they missed painting parts of the ceiling. After it was completed, we called asking for the pay off total for 3 months. All we got was run around and avoidance. We did more than our due diligence to get the total amount owed so that we could pay the amount in full. We never received a bill or a return call with the total amount due until today, 5/18/2016, 7 months after the roof was replaced. Now they want their payment in full. That money has been used to pay off other bills so now the money isnt readily available.

Very disappointing. Filled out request for a roof replacement estimate on their web-site on a Sunday. Did not receive a follow up phone call until Friday. Up front the Representative said they would not be the least expensive and explained why. I still requested an estimate and he said he would email me one by Monday. No estimate on Monday. I called on Tuesday morning saying I had not received the estimate as promised and office clerk said she would have a representative call me. Never received a call. Another phone call on Wednesday morning and once again office clerk said she would have a representative call us. Never received a call. I called again this morning (Thursday) and stated if I did not receive the promised estimate by noon to not bother as obviously Brian Elder roofing was not interested in my business. Here it is 3:00 oclock and not a word. I have given my business to another roofing contractor. I tried to post zero stars but the system would not permit it.

You will Not find a better roofing company. When i called the owner Brian Elder answered the phone himself. He told me he didnt usually come to the area i live in because it was so far from them. He said but this time i will make an exception for me not to worry. The workers were on time, they took off the old roof put the new one on and cleaned the mess in 4 hours. I never saw a roof nail in my yard!!! They called back to see if i was satisfied. I said i am more than satisfied, my neighbors have all been over to tell me how beautiful it looks and how jealous they are. I also have a roofing company on each end of my street, but i called Brian cause these companies did my neighbors roofs and they are not satisfied. When i tell people how to get to my house i tell them I have the prettiest green roof on the street. They come right here.. i could not say enough good about this company. I love this company and will recommend them highly!!! Kathy Wright

I was not impressed by this company. When they came to give me a estimates was pressured into signing a contract, saying they would do the work. Then as I said Im getting a few different estimates and would like to compare to the other companies around. He then said I had to have a contractor out there when insurance was there. He said they would be happy to do this if I signed the contract. Once again a nicely told I had other estimates coming in and would like to compare prices. He then told that my cash price would be way higher then a insurance price. When I asked why would there be a difference, he said I would get a better deal if they were out here to confront the insurance adjuster to get me more money for my claim. Still no real answer why my own hard earned money or cash price would cost me more. It has been over a week and still dont have either estimates "Cash" or "Insurance". I even called and ask for both estimates.

BER replaced my entire roof on May 24, 2016, start to finish. I am very satisfied as to how BER removed 2 layers of old shingles and had the new ones on the roof and it all happened in the span of about 8 hours. I would highly recommend BER!!! BER did everything they promised verbally and contractually. Within a few weeks, I discovered a few issues and they took care of them very quickly, no questions asked! Way to go BER!

Brian Elders staff reviewed our roof damage and met with State Farm on our behalf. It was concluded that the damage was not greater than our deductible and a team came out right away and fixed the damage. We were impressed with everyone we dealt with - Chris, Paul, and their assistants were all wonderful to deal with. I would wholeheartedly recommend Brian Elder Roofing.

Everything went smoothly. Mark at Brian Elder was very helpful, always responded quickly to questions, and laid out all the options clearly when we were choosing our options. Our roof looks great and they completed it in one day. We couldnt even tell they had been there when we got home that evening. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Brian and his team are very professional. We had storm damage that tore off shingles and exposed our roof to leaks. They were able to help me get my insurance company to pay for my new roof.
