My sister passed away suddenly and it was very hard for my mother and myself. Everyone and I mean everyone at the Stage Rd location went above their duty to make sure my mother and I were taken care of. Patience for them is an understatement, my mother was very emotional and not one time did they rush her with any decisions neither act as if she was getting on their nerves.. Not only was the staff professional but they made sure my mother was comforted in her time of sorrow. Ive been in sales for 25 years and I can truly say this is not a sales team, MJ Edwards is a force to be reckoned with. The Make up artist is fabulous my sister looked beautiful. Airways location has lost its caring and professionalism. Ee we put in an unairconditioned room upstairs with the caskets. Then moved to another room with no furniture after we advised them that it was hot in the room. The gentleman didnt have a computer. He had a calculator,pen and paper. Then after choices were made,he had to go to the office and enter everything on the computer and print. Very time consuming, not once did he appologize for the delay. Airways MJ EDWARDS come out of the dark ages and enter the workd if technology. Prices are extremely high.
