I started going to this shop in July of 2016, They started my locs, which were not started properly, They dont do appointments only walk ins, The shop opens at 10:30 am no one would be at the shop when it opened most times me and other customers would be outside for over an hour and no one would even answer their phones. I started to develop sores in my head either from the products they were using or unsanitized conditions. People do your research on locticians in memphis and make sure they are licensed locticians not cosmetologist.

They do great work but they have an issue opening on time. I waited an hour from their opening time waiting for someone to show up and they didnt show so I ended up taking my friend elsewhere. Meanwhile other customers continued to wait. Very unprofessional.

I dont know about everyone elses experience and the outcome of their dreads but these ladies fixed me up very nice and Im very pleased with how my dreads came out. See you guys in three weeks thanks a lot.

They are always over crowded they dont let u make appointments they charge different prices for different people I went twice and never went back
