WARNING DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They told me they could not find my account a year ago, one month after I registered with them and said I had the option of rewriting my contract or leaving without one. One year later I get a bill of $174 saying I owe them for a membership I was told didnt exist. I was never able to use the membership being that I was told I didnt have one! The manager Megan Gragg is the person who told me she couldnt pull up anything for me but is now saying its nothing she can do. Rip off! There was a staff there last week who said it happened to another customer and they had to rewrite his contract. So if I didnt have an account last year how is it I have one this year? Who rewrote my contract? I was never even given a card to enter the gym. I had to sign in the two times I was able to go before my contract mysteriously disappeared. The only thing they could say is that I have the option to pay half! Why would I pay half for something I never got the chance to use! Total rip off!

I joined in the middle of Feb and was told my next payment would be due in March to cover March and i would have to pay cash by the 10th of each month or it would be charged to my card. I paid the cash and they still tried 4 times to get more money. I also just paid for two months in advance and now they told me i paid for a month i already paid for, not to mention what i was told at the counter before discovering this with no manager to assist. I am pissed about it i am a retired vet on a fixed income and dont need people taking any extra moneys from me. This needs to be resolved.

This place is clean and the staff seemed friendly, I applauded you on your huge showers with double rain heads. But why do the shower curtains have a sheer strip of fabric running across the top?!?! Showering at public places is never that much fun, but having people be able to look in while youre at your most vulnerable and see everything is quite disturbing. Change your shower curtains!!

I joined my sister for a person training sessions and all was extremely pleasant. Im a wellness studio owner and was looking for a change. I got it there and the services are grand...I purchased a membership...love the Hydro Massage and Massage chair....I cant get those services anywhere for the price of the Black Card!!! Im giving this company a one star because I cancelled my membership and I was still getting charged out of my checking account.. Manager called me and still didnt put the money back into my account.. Beware of this.. But location was clean and nice equipment shame on plant fitness and the workers that told me my account was closed but it wasnt......

Extremely disappointed in my exit with this gym. I ended my membership in January and they refuse to cancel the annual membership fee in February. Lack of strong customer service is how you lose repeat clients. This was my second membership with this gym, it will not gain my membership again.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people need to get it together. They are constantly taking money out is my account when it is not approved and when I can to speak to a manager there is never one there. It is to much of a hassle to deal with them...

Very Nice Gym, It is definitely judge free. Very diverse crowd of people from different walks of life. The staff is sweeter than a bowl of sugar. ( Literally) They are fabulous. Those sugar plums makes me happy to be American.

My locker got broken into. They stole my credit card and cash. I think there should be a camera montering the lockers. So when incidents like this happen it willbe eaier to catch the person responsiblefor this
