I am very disappointed in my experience with Learning Zone. I paid to reserve a spot for my newborn in January and was told at that time that there was no waiting list for my desired start date. When I informed the staff my son was born in April and would be ready to start in July, I was told that there was a wait list and theyd "keep an eye on the roster" and let me know when he could start. I responded back asking for clarification, because I had another email that specifically said there would be no wait list as I had already paid the first weeks tuition, and I sent the AD a screenshot of that email. Almost two days go by and no one calls or emails me with additional information, so I call the center and am told theyll "look into it." At this point, I dont like the tone of voice or they way Im being spoken to--like theyre doing me a "favor" by honoring what I was already told. In the end, they "found" a spot for my son, but I had already started the process of enrolling him elsewhere because I couldnt risk not having care lined up. I asked for my money to be refunded due to the circumstances and was told that it was non-refundable (after waiting two weeks to hear from someone), which I think is so unethical. And just to be clear, I understand that mistakes happen, but my issue was with the way the situation was handled, not the situation itself. Had the AD actually seemed apologetic in the slightest or exhibited any customer service skills whatsoever, my son would probably still be attending; however, i lost confidence in the administration and didnt want to find out things were worse once he got started.

We have absolutely loved the Learning Zone. The teachers in Infant 2 have been so wonderful and genuinely love our little man. They treat him like he is their own and he lights up when he sees them. The technology and ability to get updates on how our sons day is going really puts a mommas mind at ease! The feeling my family and I have when we walk in the building is something that cant be replaced. We always feel welcomed and love that everyone knows us by name which makes us feel as though we are part of the family! The caring and nurturing nature of every employee lets us know our little boy will be well taken care of until he heads off too school. We could not be happier we made the move to the Learning Zone and rave about your facility to everyone we meet!

My niece goes to this pre-school and we have been so happy with them! Very secure, amazing facility. She is a unique little gal and requires some extra patience dealing with sever separation anxiety. The entire staff has been great! Especially Ms. Shannon. She is the reason my niece is finally adapting and enjoys going now! We adore Ms. Shannon and are very grateful for her!
