First of all, I had gotten estimates from 2 other companies with technicians who were very knowledgeable and presented themselves professionally. Not so with Roto-Rooter. The man was 2 hours late, then when he arrived, he had his shirt tail completely pulled out, and overall looked extremely sloppy. He took a look at the work I needed done and just acted like he wasnt very knowledgeable---I asked what he thought it would cost me to do the work (as I knew what needed to be done from the other plumbers)---he said he wouldnt know till he got down there. I asked about an estimate, and instead of itemizing on paper and giving what I feel is a legitimate estimate, he just pulls a figure out of his head, which I feel is kind of scary when it comes to money. I called his general manager, and he took up for the guy! We ended up arguing (real professional for a manager to argue with a customer, huh?), I finally told him that if he thinks that the man who came out to my house was professional, that the problem was not that man, but HIM and his company. He was yelling as I hung up the phone. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone---I look at a sloppy plumber, and Im going to think his work is going to be sloppy---Id sure hate to lay eyes on that general manager. Very unprofessionally managed company.

This company has been a blessing to our family! Two nights in a row (this week) we had late night emergency plumbing needs. When we called the number listed a sweet and helpful lady answered the phone and assisted us right away with dispatching someone to our resue. The service was very fairly priced and the technicians were prompt and arrived at the appointed time. In addition, they did very fast but efficient work and were out of my door in no time. They completely saved us from being devasted by a water leak and ruining our brand new hard wood flooring. I cant say THANK YOU enough for making this stressful week so much more bearable! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

After this terribly cold and freezing weather we have had all last week, I expected to wait at least 2 or 3 days before anyone could come and fix the pipe that busted under my kitchen sink. They arrived within an hour! I was so thankful! Everyone was so helpful, including the very nice lady who answered the phone when I called. Thank you SO much!

Had A small problem, was concerned and called this company, they sent out a nice service man named Mike, he took a look around and determined the problem had corrected itself! No charge even though he came out here after 5 and it was freezing cold! A big thank you to them, and we will be coming to them with any future problems we may have!

Mike came out today to look at a back up in our tub. He quickly assessed the situation and determined that all it needed was a plunging. He was so super friendly and he didnt even charge us. Well definitely use them again!

Ralph was my service tech. He did a great job getting my faucet off. It was stuck and he had a difficult time,however he did not give up! Great fast service,very friendly. I would recommend them to anybody!
