My wife called me at work and told me that the top of of the outside, in-ground pipe(sewer) was off and "Stuff" was all around. I immediately went home, fearing for the worst. I had no idea how much this would cost me - I was fearing a big problem that would cost me in the thousands of dollars. I found Plumbing Solurions on the Internet, called and they were able to schedule me just a few hours away. Great ! The Serviceman callled me back in 30 minutes later and told me he was on his way. More Great. He came, assessed the situation and told me the cost would be 49 dollars - yes thats right 49$. INCREDIBLE !!!!! I had him do some extra work (for extra money of course) while he was there - no problem for him. The young lady at the service desk was very nice. I cant say enough about the professional way this was handled - If I could give them 6 stars I would - I know this sounds to good to be true and I am always leery when someone gives a great recommendation (thinking its someone from the company) - that is honestly not the case /never seen or known these folks before.

Plumbing Solutions was a fantastic company to work with! I had a new sink put in with my counters and needed a hookup. Moved from a two drain to one drain sink, so the line had to be altered, plus install of garbage disposal and faucet. They were able to fit me in next day. The technician, Sean, showed up exactly when scheduled, and was very nice and knowledgeable about what was needed. Their price came in over $100 below the other quotes I had received. Plus, they didnt charge a "service fee" of $60+ like the other places do just to show up and look at the issue (even though I could describe exactly what was needed!!). Instead of that rip off, Plumbing Solutions gives a free quote. The job was done in under 45 minutes, and everything works perfectly! Couldnt be happier with Plumbing Solutions!!

Be careful........ get other quotes if you have time. They had me over a barrel the day before Fourth of July weekend and took full advantage gouging me for $585. for a pressure reducing valve, thermal expansion tank, and fix a leaky pipe….took about 2.5 hours (including trip to Home Depot). After the holiday I received quotes for $300-$400. Requested Robert call me several times to discuss.....many weeks later and no return call. My bad for trusting someone to be fair when they know they have you. Gave them two stars because the job was done correctly. $585 - Total Minus $150 – Parts Minus $100 – Service Call expenses $335 – Labor 2.5 hours ($134.00 per hour labor) That equates to about $268,000 annually.

Woke up a few days ago to find that my water heater had ruptured. After 3 days of companies not fulfilling their appointments, or even able to make an appointment I came upon Plumbing Solutions. After a 9 am call for service the serviceman showed up on time and in a little over an hour had a new water heater installed! They were punctual, professional, and offered their services at a fair price. I will certainly call them again and suggest them to any friend who might be having plumbing issues!

Great service! I called Robert very late at night to come fix my clogged toilet. He came right away and fixed it so quickly! He was incredibly friendly and very informative. He explained what the problem was and gave me advice and tips on how to prevent it from happening again. Not to mention, his prices were very very affordable! I recommend Plumbing solutions to anyone who wants a great plumber!!!

They tried to charge us over $300 for a main line cleaning. The plumber was very rude and talked over my husband a lot as if we did not know what we were talking about. Wont be calling them again any time soon.
