100% PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE? 100% SCAM! I called to inquire about them putting a sump pit in my basement. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and made sure to emphasize the 100% price match guarantee. The plumber came out to look the job over and shot me a price of $3800 which was more than double what I had been quoted. I needed some other work done that the first company did not do so I asked about the guarantee. We haggled back and forth a bit and finally settled on $1800 for everything and the work was scheduled for this morning at 8 AM. Fast forward to this morning: A "QA" guy showed up at the house and wanted to look the job over. He came to me after a few minutes telling me they were passing and would not do the job. He weakly referenced that there was quite a bit of water in the ground now as a reason why they couldnt do it but the key was when he said "especially at that price" so that means that the entire thing was that they couldnt make their exorbitant rates so they decided to pass. Thanks, guys. I canceled an appt with another company and took a day off work. Never again will I use these guys. I guess I should have heeded their "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau!

Attaboy Plumbing is the best Plumbing Company in the Indianapolis Marketplace. I was putting in a new stamped concrete patio and wanted to run a gas line out to the gas firepit that is built into the patio. They did SUCH.A.GREAT.JOB!!! I would highly recommend Attaboy Plumbing. They were attentive to my needs. They heard what I was saying and took the time to listen and help come up with the best solution. Instead of running a hard gas line, the came up with the idea of running PVC from my crawl space out to where the firepit would be, and then the concrete company poured the concrete, and then Attaboy Plumbing came back and ran a flex line through the PVC and completed the Gas firepit. This was brilliant, because if there is ever an issue, I dont have to cut up the concrete, but just back the gas line out through the PVC. I cant recommend them enough. 5 Star for sure!!!

Our plumbing problem started with finding yellow beads in the bottom of our toilet and then having a loss of water pressure/volume from 2 faucets. Having used AttaBoy before, I called them first for pricing. Upon explaining my problem to Chris F. he was immediately able to diagnose my problem. He told me that those beads were from the water softener failing. Long story short, our 10/11 yr water softener needed to be replaced. Not only was Chris very helpful and professional in his recommendations, he was able to provide us with honest and fair upfront pricing. Chris sent out a 2 man team (Tristan and Jonathan) to do the job. Tristan and Jonathan were AWESOME to work with, very professional and friendly. Attaboy certainly exceeded my expectations with their high level of professionalism, personal service and courtesy. Thank you so much for a job well done!!

We own a house in Indianapolis and we live in Montana. We called up Atta Boy for the lift station that was broken. We are so happy with them and their work. They fixed the problem, took pictures and sent them to us and they were trustworthy. They even gave us a better system than we originally had! We recently went to our house Im Indy and saw the work in person and they did a fantastic job! While we were there we needed someone to come out and they did within the hour and were so helpful. The plumber was nice and professional. He determined I needed to replace our garbage disposal system which was leaking. We could replace it with a 1/2 hp or 3/4 hp model. Our current model is 3/4. He emailed a quote with prices. Compare the price they quoted vs other sources if I bought it myself: InSinkErator "The Badger 5" (1/2 hp): Attaboy $504; Amazon $81; Manufacturer $149 InSinkErator "The Evolution Essential" (3/4 hp): Attaboy $819; Amazon $174; Manufacturer $380 I dont think I need to say much more. The above list is an apples to apples price comparison. I paid the $49 evaluation fee which I agreed to up front.

The recent rains in central Indiana taxed my sump system in my homes basement. I called AttaBoy, and Jim was at my home the next day to help design a solution. We decided on installing a new drain line from the sump to storm sewer, as well as a new battery back up pump. We had to wait on the underground utilities folks to mark the yard - but Jim and his crew were in communication with me throughout the wait. They were prompt on the morning when we scheduled the work. The work was preformed on time, on budget, and to my satisfaction. Jim and his crew were professional.
