I appreciate all the reviews about our company. Our company has been in business for over 30 years and retain over 90% of our customers with repeat business. The service call taker aka csr takes the service call info, tells customer the dispatch fee. Then the technician arrives at the job location in a fully stocked truck, looks at the plumbing issue and quotes the customer the price and options for repair. At that time the customer has the right to refuse the job quote and they will pay for our time to look at, diagnose and quote job. The trip charge is charged to pay for overhead and employee compensation. The trip fee is waived if you accept the quote for the repair. If and estimate fee is charged we will credit it back toward the job if accepted within 30 days of quote. I have suggestion to all the customers that want to help friends, neighbors and relatives. If you want to be the decision maker for them just tell the call taker you will be the person to approve the job. And all the others that get quotes for jobs should not be upset with a price quote. You can always do it yourself cheaper. There is a lot of expenses when running a business that the consumer doesnt have to pay. (1) of the reviews states that they done the job for $400.00. I checked with the county Inspection office and no permit was purchased for that address. So I suspect that job doesnt meet the code and installed properly. We install plumbing to code and professional installation standards and not sub standards.

The person that answered the phone refused to give me a ball park estimate on what the installation of a hot water heater would cost. She said the technicians would be able to quote it once they got here. Well they were able to get here the same day however they quoted the work to put in a hot water heater (I already owned a new one, it just needed to be installed) at $1160.00 When other places have been quoting me anywhere from #350-$450 Of course I had to pay them $110 for coming out and telling me the s**t I already know. I will never use these guys. Cheers! Enjoy my $110 for nothing.

Whatever you do, dont call this company. They charged me over $85 fee to come out and take a look at the problem. Quoted me a price of over $400 for 2 Toilet Fill Valve replacement. Went to Home Depot, bought the $15 of supplies, and just did it ourselves. Complete total RIPOFF!

quotes a price, then gets to work... does unauthorized jobs without clearing with anyone and then the bill comes in at 25% higher... the extra work performed wasnt even done properly and we had to replace parts in the toilet the very next day.

Charged $95 service call to bid a 4 hour, $400 job at $3000 dollars. Yes 3000 dollars! Unethical billing practices. Drives around overbidding jobs & collecting $95 service calls...

Excellent work and in an emergency was there on the phone walking me thru the steps to turn the water heater off and a service man was here within the hour.
