THANK GOD THERE ARE STILL SOME HONEST COMPANIES OUT THERE! I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience with Mr Jeff (owner) and his company A1 Brown Plumbing~! Mr Jeff went out of his way to help me and not charge me an insane amount of money!!! I called around many local plumbing companies for estimates to fix the problem as I am a single mother in a tight financial situation and A1 BROWN PLUMBING was BY FAR the best rate .......THEY SAVED ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS and were so Proffessional but most importantly EXTREMELY HONEST....I consider Mr Jeff Brown and A1 Brown Plumbing a blessing from the Lord in a very stressful time of need!!!

Called the afternoon before and was promised the first appointment in the morning, as my husband was going in to work late. I was told it would be between 8:30 and 9 and that they would call on their way. At 9:15 my husband called them, and they stated that they now had to stop a few other places first and that it would be around lunchtime. We told them not to bother. This has now made my husband incredibly late to work for no reason without even a courtesy call to explain that they would be 4 hours late.

Jeff has taken great care of me for several years. Always honest and always tells me what would be better and save me money in the long run. He is prompt and not as expensive as I thought that the job would be. Works emergencies into his schedule so that unexpected complications to events will not further complicate and event. Ill always call A-1 Brown first!!!

A-1 is the best plumbing company around! They are family owned and operated and very honest and friendly! They do a lot of work in the Wilson co and Davidson co areas! I would highly recommend them!

I have never met such a sour staff. Starting first and foremost from the inital phone call to the assistant secretary at the office. Decided to go an alternate route.
