Austin and Shannon were phenomenal! Our air conditioner was on its last leg. We called Summers to have them assess the situation. We were extremely pleased with the whole service from start to finish. They came out to the house right away, showed us each thing they were inspecting and what was wrong, then took the time to thoroughly go through all of the options available to us. Austin really went above and beyond in making sure we knew what would be a good solution and investment for our home. They turned stressed out homeowners into extremely happy customers! The unit was installed perfectly, fixed the temperature fluctuations between rooms, and is super quiet. We are more than happy with our air conditioner and will always call Summers if any issues arise.

My furnace went out the day before thanksgiving in 16 and my AC cut out the day before July 4th of 17. Both times Ive dealt with Austin. Hes very knowledgeable, straightforward about issues, and very professional! Im so glad I called Summers when I did! Im new to the homeowner thing, and having professionals that know what theyre talking about makes it so much easier. The installation guys were very nice, professional, and neat. Corey was the service tech that showed up at my home. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He informed me of everything he was going to service and the results of the maintenance check. He answered all of my questions about my existing system and even some I had about replacement. I was very satisfied with the service call and would definitely call Summers again.

Wow, wow and wow. Had a real emergency and they were on it. Zack and Andrew were great. Flooded basement took out furnace (A/C) and water heater and they were there that night. Had to replace both, but they came and got the job done. I cant say how much we appreciate them being so efficient to take care of us. Highly recommend.
