Live in a house that was built in the 1950s (Noblesville). We had clay sewer drain with a pee-trap right in front of city main. Suffice to say the pee-trap collapsed and blocked us up. Noticed the stench from my cleanout over-flowing sewer water under my deck. The ONLY firm that answered my phone calls on the weekend was Bedell. They were out 15 minutes early the next morning @ 7:45am. Diagnosed the blockage. They could not get out to scope my line that day so I had another firm come out to run a camera down my line. However, they were able to run the auger and determine there was a serious blockage. I hit five (5) firms for help and only Bedell answered initially. Like so many do-it-yourselfers I was convinced I could save my family thousands of dollars and fix it myself. I receive a follow up call from the intial representative that took my Sunday call for help. He comes out to my home to look at what I have accomplished. With a shovel I was able to expose my blocked pipes as well as a total sloppy job on my clean out plug by the previous home owner. Jay from Bedell was able to bottom line it all for me. Despite the weather and his schedule they were able to get out and fix the issue in days. Im not happy about the amount of money I had to pay but who ever is!? I know why plumbers/excavators get paid so much. Digging holes is awful and I was reminded why I went to college to type and shove papers around. Those folks work their behinds off. My hands and shoulders were destroyed not to mention cut all up. My wifes kitchen remodel money gone and now into our new sewer line/access we are good to go. My family felt like we were treated fairly. Bedell didnt take a dime until the job was done. I offered to pay some upfront but I was told no. If you are looking for someone to answer their phone and then cold call you for follow up to make sure you are taken care of.....call these guys.

Bedell replaced an old water heater for us, and while the price was right, the installation experience was unacceptable. Before removing the old water heater, the plumber covered some of our white carpet with a thin cloth tarp. While removing the water heater, black water was spilled ALL over the hallway and every stair on the staircase, immediately leaking through the tarp. Under the tarp were large dark black spots all over our white carpets. (Our carpets had been shampooed and looked brand new 2 weeks prior to this.) There are scuff marks on our walls around the staircase from the water heater being carried up/down the stairs. The plumber left a "cake" of calcium deposit on our grass in the front yard, killing the grass. Generously giving 2 stars and not 1 because they did send a steam cleaner out for our carpets, but I can still tell where black was spilled and stains are beginning to reappear after a week. No rectification was offered for the inconveniences, nor have we had any follow-up since the steam cleaner was here.

If you want to be threatened, and have the plumber tell you hes going to kick your #%£ this is the company to hire. If you wanted a plumber in your home who works through attempted intimidation and foul language and sheer unprofessionalism then call them.If you could give a zero I would! Its mind blowing in 2016 that a company would have an employee with such little self -control.What did I do?I told the employee I blessed him and I forgive him! Good always conquers evil if you want even when youre home to do business with this company if not keep away! Dont INVITE EVIL into your home its not worth the risk of your family if you have children and personal safety or the peace of your! Listen to a phone message from the manager hes no better than the rest. A simple please forgive my employee. He does not reflect the character and the performance level of professionalism we had Bedwell plumbing seek to provide. Consumer will hold you accountable#2016

Had a very good experience with them. The were prompt, had available appointments within the week of calling them, called ahead. Frank was very informative, patient, and capable, he explained my options very well and was straight with me. He even used some creativity and fixed an issue I had with a leaking hose faucet by replacing the faucet handle with a new one (he had to use a torch to melt out the old plastic one!) instead of cutting open my dry wall and replacing the whole thing, not only was it faster, safer, and cleaner, but it was even cheaper! Frank also temporarily fixed a flooding issue in my yard for no charge. They were quite a bit cheaper than more well known companies in the area, but it wasnt dirt cheap. I will be going to these guys again and recommending them!

We live in one of the last places in Indy to get hooked up to the city sewer, which is good because our septic was beginning to give us trouble. In the early spring they snaked our main lines to remove roots, and then installed our sewer hookup after we received permission from the City to do so. In my former job I used Bedell renovate the plumbing in two commercial buildings, and have used them at my personal residence several times as well. Ive not a seen a company more committed to providing good service, which can be especially rare for plumbers. Theyve always been on time and courteous. A commitment to good service is very important to me, and thats why I continue to use Bedell.

I had a Great experience with Bedell Plumbing! Woke up on a Friday morning to find my water heater busted leaking all over the garage. Called Bedell as well as the company that replaced my mothers water heater. Bedell was friendly and very helpful explaining my options in laymans terms. Their price was HALF of the other company! In only a couple hours, they squeezed me in their schedule and did a fantastic, professional job on the install. I will recommend Bedell Plumbing to any and all people who ask. Thanks Bedell!

Called on a Sunday night, and while I understand that weekend pricing is typically more expensive, I didnt even attempt to book an appointment with this company, because the man that answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful. Continued to ask questions in a condescending tone and stated "well let me ask you this.... Is it worth an extra $105 to come tonight vs tomorrow morning?" When I asked about pricing. Apparently this man doesnt know the price of peace of mind for a first time home owner.

As a small business owner a reputation and great customer service is a must! Had a HORRIBLE experience with Bedell Plumbing - 1 leak in the ceiling took them 2 visits ($335.00) and when we came to fix a hole in a drywall came to find there was still a leak there! Bedell owner refused to take responsibility and offered to come out there to fix it again for another extra fee! I have no idea how people stay in business practicing that kind of service!!!
