I felt totally taken advantage of when plumbing 911 responded to my call. We had a clogged toilet and when the service member arrived they didnt communicate any of their actions or discuss pricing. In under an hour, from the time they arrived to the time they left, they didnt fix the problem, left us with all the water turned off, and charged $290 for the pleasure. When speaking with their customer service person they were confrontrational and argumentative. I would never recommend and will never call them again. You shouldnt either.

I highly discourage anyone from using this outfit. My neighbor called them last weekend about lighting the pilot light on her gas water heater. They said they were going to check it out, and when she went out later to see if they were having any luck (since they were taking a long time) she discovered they had removed her water heater and put in a new one WITHOUT ASKING HER...then they charged her $1200 for the new one, a HUGE ripoff. These crooks took advantage of a 78 year old woman on a fixed income...absolutely shameful behavior.

Contacted Plumbing 911 to repair water leak on main line between house and meter. They were very efficient in getting to me. They replaced the old pipe used in late 70s and ran new line from house to meter. Owner even came out to run the trencher for the new line. I was very impressed with the process. I even sat on the porch to watch. They left my yard in very good shape, with only the trench for the new line. I have also used them for a hot water heater issue. I trust their work.

I had a rental property that had flooding in the front yard. I called Plumbing 911 and they arrived quickly and access the situation. They were able to fix the problem that same day. The renters at the property said they were having high water bills two years later. I called Plumbing 911 and they came out at no charge. Great customer service and work. ac

$300 just to remove a broken stem. $80 emergency fee, so really $220. Note that this did not replace the stem, only removed it and turned the stem valve to get the water to stop running. Initial quote was $1,811 to replace the stems. Long story short, use someone else and save half the cost, and probably get more done for the cost.

THEY HAVE A D- BBB rating with over 33 complaints. Read them! I had them put field lines in while i was at work. When i came home i realized they had simply layed the pipes on the ground and covered them with dirt. Absolute rip-off. The owner wrote the previus reviews to cover up the bad ones on here.

Do not use this company. They charged $100 for turning a wrench for 30 seconds on a valve. no other work was performed. This company is a scam! They show up for 10 minutes and think they are entitled to receive $100 without doing any plumbing work!

I have used Plumbing 911 multiple times. Recently they have replace a toliet and installed a pedistal sink. I continue to use them because they are quick to get here and do the work timely. Most importantly they do the work right the first time. Dcole.

I have a pet grooming business and have constant plumbing problems. I call Plumbing 911 every time I have a major clog. They are generally here with the hour and have the issue resolved quickly. Plumbing 911 is on my speed dial.

I was told $200 to install a hot water heater but was handed a bill for over $2,000. Make sure you get the quote in writing, read the reviews on Yahoo and Yellow Pages. Wish i did.
