My fiancé and I had lived in our house for over a year. Our house was built in 2003 and is on a slab in the Walter hill area. On Saturday, February 20th, I was walking into my master bathroom when I felt a "squish" on the rug that I noticed was getting bigger. My heart instantly sank and I knew we had a water leak. I pulled back the carpet and I could see the water coming from under my wall right by where my master bathroom sink was. I spoke to my fiancé and we instantly knew we had to call a plumber. I called Roscoe Brown because they are in the Murfreesboro area and I read the reviews and they were all positive. After my experience, I now know why. I was told by the dispatcher that the plumber would be dispatched within a time frame of 12:30-2:30PM. Not even an hour later I heard a knock on the door and was greeted by Adam Griffith. I showed him where the leak was coming from and he immediately went to work. He checked everything possible, and as I suspected, the leak was coming from under the master bathroom sink. The downfall, it was in the slab. Adam calmly told me the two options that I had. To drill into the slab and repair the leak or repipe the whole house. I could not just repipe to the master bathroom because the way the water lines were in the manifolds of the house and Adam had walked me through that as well. We decided to repipe the whole house through the attic and not have to worry about the pipes in the floor of the slab anymore. I set up the repipe with Adam and he instructed me, in full detail, everything that would happen. It ended up being a two day job but Adam worked from morning until night, nonstop, to get it done. He was friendly, answered any question I had, and always had a smile on his face. We felt comfortable that we had him as our plumber. The price was within the estimate that he stated and he did everything he could to try and help us save money and did not oversell us on anything. I will only use Roscoe Brown from now on as well as Adam for our plumber. We now have water and its all because of the awesome job of Adam and Roscoe Brown. Thank you again for everything. On Wed: I scheduled an appointment for a service call & the call rep. told me a tech would be out that day between 3-5pm. He shows up after 5pm & Finds the problem. He told me they didnt have the part & will have to order it, & it should be installed around lunch time the following day. Next Day on Thur: I called at 1pm to check on ETA of tech & was told they would call me right back. NO CALL..I submitted online question & NO RESPONSE. 3pm I called back up there & was told the tech. is in a class until 4pm & looks like they did have to order the part & if its coming from out of state that could be what the hold up is, but he the "call rep" would have the tech confirm that & call me back when he got out of class. No CALL. I called back at 930pm & spoke with their 24hr line & asked if an HVAC mgr. would call me asap in the morning to verify status of my repair. NO CALL. I start checking some supply houses myself to see if they had the part in question that has taken over a day getting here & found they had it in stock in Nashville & MBoro. So I called Rosco Brown back asking to speak with an HVAC mgr & they transferred me to someones VM. So I called AGAIN & FINALLY spoke to a Service Mgr. Who DID call BACK after finding out they DO HAVE the part & that was never the issue. Really? It was getting the part from NASHVILLE 30 MINUTES AWAY was the problem, but he assured me he is going to pick the part up personally & give me 10% off. 10% off what? A price that I have yet to even receive an actual quote on! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Theyre Slogan Should Be "What is a good contact number to call you back at? Even though we wont contact you back!" After the coldest temps of the season so far & No Heat for 2 Days plus the inconvenience & Delays it has caused me. 10% Discount. Really? Ill call someone else next time where "Happy Youll BE or The Service Is Free"

We hired Bradley Plumbing to replace all the 28-year-old copper piping in our crawl spaces with Pex piping. Roscoe Brown subsequently acquired Bradley Plumbing. Though we had become unsatisfied with Roscoe Brown after they had done years of HVAC maintenance and repair work for us, and thus began using another company for HVAC service, we decided to let Roscoe Brown complete this plumbing job, as we were assured the service people from Bradley Plumbing were still involved. Mark and Frank were the team who did the repiping, and I was very pleased with their professionalism, their thoroughness in answering all questions, and the troubleshooting they did when there was an unexpected issue with a specific pipe. The latter was very impressive to me as they continued to work toward a solution that would prevent them from having to cut into our wall, though it took a couple of extra hours to find a workable solution. Our wall remained intact, and while Mark was working out a solution, Frank was inspecting our indoor plumbing and answering my questions about various plumbing issues. I will also say they did an excellent job of cleaning the site after the work was completed, and left it as they had found it. I am very satisfied so far; we hope that there will be no issues with the replaced piping, and trust that if any arise, Roscoe Brown will stand behind their warranty. We will definitely call Roscoe again for plumbing issues, and have also signed up for an annual service plan.

I am a service technician with Roscoe Brown, and I just wanted to take a minute and show my appreciation to a few people in the company. I recently hurt my arm in a non-work related incident and I wanted to share how helpful Jamie Craig has been through this process. She has patiently helped me to fill out and turn in all of the pertinent paperwork needed for me to receive my short-term disability through my insurance. I have to say, I fill like she has gone above and beyond in helping me through a very tough process. This is not the first time that she has gone out of her way to help me in various situations. I want everyone to know what an asset she is to have in the company. I appreciate her hard work and everything that she does for us on a daily basis. Secondly I would like to show my appreciation to The company president Norman Brown and Service manager Tommy Crook, for their patience with me while I recover through this 12 week process. There are so many other people in this company that make Roscoe Brown Inc. a great place to work.
