I had a pipe burst to our water filtration system, and needed a kitchen faucet & sprayer replaced & main water shut off valve evaluated for replacement. Larry called to confirm his arrival time and arrived as promised. He was professionally dressed and treated myself & my home with respect. Larry was knowledgeable as to what needed to be done for repairs needed, put down towels to soak up the water, made the repairs to the line, replaced the kitchen faucet & sprayer, and would not leave for his next job until he was absolutely sure I had no further leaks. He assessed the main water shut off valve and determined it was just frozen from lack of use and explained what I can do to keep that from happening again. He did not try to sell me on something I did not need. I can always count on Isley, to show up as promised, fix all my plumbing issues and be assured I wont have to call them back a second time for same repairs. They are my friends in the plumbing business.

Shawn was just great. My disposal was clogged and I called for an appointment this morning. Ive been using Isley & Sons for the last year. Talked to Monica this morning and she was able to make an appointment for me this afternoon. Fun thing was that today was exactly one year since my last appointment...freaky. Had an appointment scheduled from 2-5:00 but had a mtg until 2:30. Shawn called to let me know he would be at my house as soon as I got done with my meeting which was great since nobody else was home. He came in introduced himself and got straight to work. He had my disposal fixed in no time at all and everything is operating perfectly. He was great and left everything in great condition and let me know if I had any problems to just give them a call. Ive had Isleys out several times and they far exceed any other plumbers Ive ever had do work in our house...huge kudos to the team at Isley & Sons.

They were professional, efficient, and thorough in their install. They worked quickly, yet took great pains to be sure their work was complete and properly done. They were also clean, mannerly and very accommodating! They washed the floor under my old dishwasher, wore their "booties" as they worked in my home, and cleaned up thoroughly when their work was complete. They were personable, they explained their process of installation, and made sure that I was satisfied with the installation. I could not have been more pleased with their work and their proficiency. Their knowledge of their job was obvious. I would definitely use your services again, and I would recommend your company to neighbors and friends. Thank you

We had water pouring out of a pipe on the side of our house so I shut off the main valve and called Isley. Sean came out about an hour or so later, after finishing a job he was on, checked everything out and told us that our water powered backup sump pump was malfunctioning. He told me it should still be under warranty and that we should contact the company that installed it. He also told me that the float on our main sump pump was sticking and we should call the company our builder used to replace it because it should also be under warranty. Sean only charged us the trip charge for all of this advice. I am very happy with Sean and Isley and highly recommend them.

I had a leak at the base of my kitchen faucet, so I called a "handyman". That was a mistake. Before he was half way into my kitchen, he said that I needed a new faucet. He hadnt even looked at it, yet! When I said that I liked the faucet that I had, he told me that I would have to buy a rebuild kit somewhere and he would do the work, but wouldnt warrant that the faucet wouldnt leak, anyway! So, I called Isley. Rik Hilty came out, look at the faucet and told me all I needed was a new o-ring. He installed it and now the faucet works fine. He was on-time, friendly, helpful and very professional. I will certainly use Isley the next time I have a plumbing need.

Im pleased to take the time to make sure that everyone is aware of the Very High Quality, and Pride of Workmanship Demonstrated in My Home on Friday, April 21,2017. Master Plumber Andy Jasper was very careful about protecting my home from dirt and damage. He was very careful with his tools,and the waste generated by removing the old water heater. The installation of the new water heater was done with skill, and a high degree of professionalism. Isley & Sons is very lucky to have a pro like Andy Jasper on your team. When I need more work done in my home, I will call for your services, and Ask For Andy By Name....

Isleys installed my water heater 5+ years ago and its been working well. But as I had our furnace replaced last month, our furnace technician showed me how, back when our water heater was installed, the technician forgot to hook up the water line to allow our furnace humidifier to work. I was so impressed that, when I contacted Isleys, they set up an appointment quickly to come see the problem and, when they realized it was the result of an error by their technician (who is no longer with them), they fixed it t no cost to me... as soon as I saw the problem but more than 5 years after their initial service!

Exceptional service from the two Isley crew members that were assigned to work at my home. The techs were actually a few minutes early, which helped with explaining the work to be completed. They were both very polite and respectful, knowledgable, and explained how the work to be completed was essential to the performance of the home. When the job was completed, they made sure the area they worked in was cleaned up. Very professional, both in the performance of their work and their appearance. I highly recommend this company. Received an email AND a phone call 10 minutes before the plumber arrived and he was on time! So often with service providers this is not the case and it just makes life so much easier when people do what they say they will do when they say they will do it! Also, I had to call the plumber back the same day because I had forgotten to ask him to check something. No complaints, no criticisms. He came back after his next scheduled call, worked out the problem, resolved it. Its a pleasure doing business with a person of integrity and with a well-organized firm that obviously respects its employees.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this company! For the last 7 years they have corrected many plumbing problems for us. The employees are VERY professional and polite from the initial phone call and appointment setting until the repairman shows up. We have never had a bad experience and they have never added any "surprise" charges. Their prices have always been more than fair. We had Gabe come by Monday and Tuesday. Hes young, ULTRA professional and very nice. Of course our problem was remediated quickly and professionally. THANK YOU L.E. ISLEY & SONS PLUMBING!!
