Shane is a wonderful! When I moved into my house, he had to come out several times to work on the hot water heater. He was professional, but friendly. Ive had several other plumbing issues with my home and hes come out or send some guys out who are always courteous . Most recently, John, replaced a toilet in a bathroom and ran a water line for my ice maker. He was very respectable and even showed me how to turn off the water line in case there is a leak. I really like Shane and his guys!

I had a leak under my house i called my normal plumber and he told me was 2-3 weeks out, I explained to him this was an emergency because it could ruin my floors, didnt change anything.This happened with 2 others i called as well. I called Shane Elmore he gave me the number to his service rep John he came earlier than promised and did a great job with most of all a great price needless to day ill be using them for now on.

Unprofessional Service

the plumbers will try to rip you off, and they will be very rude about it. then the owner wont hold them accountable, so just dont give them your business.
