I have had a plumbing company to come to my house 3 times and they told me I need a new toilet. I waited to buy a new one, and then I saw Franklin Plumbing truck in my housing division and decided to call them. They came out and did extras that none other plumbing company did. Franklin Plumbing decided to take my toilet up. Immediately, they saw what was wrong. A broken plastic coat hanger was stopping the toilet paper and stuff to go down properly. So the mystery was fixed by Franklin Plumbing. They go out of their way to make sure the problem is done and to be accurate on what the problem is. I give Franklin Plumbing 5 stars. I will always call them for now on.

I called them for a quote. They said they were going to send me a picture of my consultant and hed let me know when he was on his way. I never received the picture or his notice, he was over an hour late, and the quote he provided was triple the price of the other quotes. Furthermore, he took no measurements, provided no technical explanation, and did the estimate by "eyeing" everything. What a joke.
