I would actually give them ZERO stars. They dont act like they are happy to see customers walk in. Most of the stylists have attitudes and act like they dont want to be at work. They were even talking about issues going on inside there and whats wrong with their latest schedule. Sounds unprofessional to me. Also, I am very tender headed and I let the lady that was doing my hair know that. She pulled my hair and wasnt gentle at all throughout my entire visit. And i was there for over 3 hours getting color in my hair. I didnt enjoy any of this experience. She had people she knew personally sitting beside and behind the entire time she was doing my hair and most of her focus was on them instead of me. When it was time for me to pay the bill it was overpriced and instead of arguing with her after i asked why it was that high and she smarted off...i just decided to pay it and make sure i write a review of my exact experience here and never come back.

First I gotta say, If this is the salon inside Walmart, then I give you guys 10+ stars. Second thing, I am very picky about my hair and I dont let anyone cut, much less play with my hair. However, I felt that it was time for a change so I came here to get it done. Tomi Meyer is amazing. I would not recommend her if I didnt think she had done a good job. She fixed the layers I previously had and added highlights. She was very sweet and patient and didnt even get frustrated when I couldnt make up my mind about the highlights. I do believe I will continue to come see her if I ever need a new look again. :-) Thanks for looking out Tomi, all my friends and family love the new look.

Check your hours on your website!! On a Monday evening before 5 p I am told they could not do a 2 color foil my hair is on top of my shoulders I get told they do no chemicals past 5.. Uhm it wasnt 5?! The 2 ladies in there ..their hair was very unprofessional looking.. depressing all dressed in black .. not positive attitudes at ALL.. I explained I was in no hurry.. they could do haircuts in between foiling my hair. But no! They let green cash money walk outta the door.. yeah I said cash no debit card no credit card.. usually I tip $20-$25. Ashamed Mothers Day graduation coming up.. potential to sell gift cards too.. Uhm corp u might want to check this problem out

Not even gonna give them one star after waiting for about almost 3 hours cause I heard good complements and at the end I cant get wait I want done what kind of profesional are they I waisted my time on people who cant solve one simple color yeah never going there again for sure

Heidi was fantastic. Super friendly and professional! Took as long as expected and Im very happy with the results! What she offered/suggested was even better then if I had gone with my original plan.
