If I could rate 0 stars I would! I bought a groupon for my mother and I to get a full set and refill at this salon for our first pair of false eyelashes. The experience is by far the worst I have ever had with customer service! After she text me that the appointment was at 10am and my mother and I could ride together she proceeds to text me at 9:15am telling me I have missed my appointment, also that I must forfeit my full set. After explaining that the confusion is not my fault as she told me we could ride together for our appointment at 10am she tells me my appointment was at 9, and my mothers was at 10. Who would ride together and sit for an hour? Also I should say that her hostility via text was astounding, if she would of politely told me i misunderstood and had been flexible we would not of had a problem. However the manner she handle the situation was appalling. I will gladly go to LASH and pay twice the amount for the difference in customer service.

Im only giving this place one star because I cant give negative stars. I bought eyelash extensions plus a refill, but she couldnt fit me in for a refill when the time came. Instead of refunding me for the refill portion, she basically said tough luck and it wasnt her problem. The staff was very rude and the whole thing was a terrible experience! I would rather deal with Comcast customer service than this place! Not mention the salon looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years!

Thank you Sandy! You have an amazing talent and I am so happy I found you. After decades of haircuts I have finally found someone who REALLY knows what they are doing, You were able to copy the haircut from the picture I brought in. It was without a doubt the BEST haircut I have ever had. I have told all my friends about you, your talent, and your great prices!

Just visited today for a Shellac and she was super fast and did a great job - both very important to me. Will be visiting her at new salon for hair services in January!
