I recently saw Ryan for a coloring job and I am not impressed, in fact after $200 spent, I have pumpkin orange, damaged hair and not to mention now a strong desire not to walk into a salon again. I asked (and paid) for bright red hair. What I got was a bright pumpkin orange. I called Ryan about my concerns and it was treated very lightly, like it was no big deal. Ive gotten a lot of excuses. At one point he said that our definitions of red were different? "???" I guess with the picture I brought in and another picture that he showed me from their own style book (both "real" red) he still didnt know what my definition was. If he could not do this color or did not want to he should have told me. It looks awful. Really really awful. side note: One of the reasons I chose this salon was because of all of the good reviews on here. I would take that with a grain of salt seeing as they pay you (gift card) to put up a review. Obviously some people have a great experience here but I would attribute the fact that there are so many reviews to the rewards program.

Be careful who you ask for! I have heard nothing but great things about the Pink Mullet and I walked out with a job I shouldnt have paid for. I ended up having to go back to have the stylist fix the bad dye job only to come home and realize the new job was even worse. I have been wearing hats since I had it done and I feel totally ripped off. My husband tried keeping a straight face when he saw my hair and my my friends eyes bulge when they see the new do. Ive seen the results of Pink Mullet on others and they are great - be careful who you go with!!! Make sure someone who has more than a year and a half experience touches your hair - you pay good money for them to know their stuff.

Poor quality. Not worth the money, unless of course you like lopsided haircuts. The individual creativity expressed by the stylists ignores the basics of a good haircut. Getting someone to fix a lopsided haircut will not happen. The once smart business owner no longer values customer service. She doesnt seem to care if the paying client gets a bad cut. Go to the beauty school, at least the teachers check the work of the student and it costs $10, not $50. Maybe Darla will get the message someday and hire real professionals.

Whats not to love about Pink Mullet Salon??? I actually discovered it by accident on Groupon. I love the decor, the feel, and the attitude. I stumbled upon Laci on accident. She is super personable, great at hair, and I have found a new salon and a new girl to be faithful to. In my opinion, you wont be disappointed. AND - bonus...they have a great referral program. It doesnt take a genius to see this is a great place and that Laci rox!

I have been seeing Bethany for a year now. My hair was so destroyed by a previous salon it was breaking off at the scalp. Beth has carefully nursed my hair back to health and has me in my favorite shade of blonde again. Jessica has styled my hair many times and I have always been very happy. I enjoy the kicked back unpretentious ambiance. Great place!!!!

My whole family loves Pink mullet! Alex is our hairdresser and she is super talented, and friendly! Although Im biased towards Alex, all the hairdressers at Pink Mullet are talented, kind, and extremely helpful.
