The entire experience I had with Tim was bull! I would never go back even if he paid me to come back. Concieded and self centered should be the name of this place. Tim charged me $140- for a cut and color. The cut was so bad and uneven that it looked like something I could have done at home with my sissors. He not only turned his back and walked away from me when we were talking about what color I wanted, but left me sitting there for a long time just waiting for him to come back from the storage room. Yes..he walked away and left me sit there. I thought about getting up and leaving, but I needed my hair done for my honeymoon. Tim didnt even color my hair! He had another stylist mix and apply my color. I think he went into the back to sleep or nap, because after my color was done he came back out and looked half alive. I lefrt that awful place and went home and had to cut at my hair to fix his botched up job. Never again! Take my word for it...go to Bella Salon or just keep Google searching for a different stylist in the area!

My friend and I had appointments and showed up a few minutes early. After we stood at the counter for about five minutes to check in, a gentleman (not sure if it was Timothy or Jeffry) finally came out and checked us in. He was rude to a customer on the phone, us, and another customer waiting. He barely spoke to us and just went back in the other room. After waiting until 30 minutes after my appointment time and not being acknowledged, we finally left. I did get a phone call 15 minutes later (45 after my appt time) not apologizing, just asking where we were. What is the point of having appointments if they aren’t honored? We would have been fine waiting if we were just told they were a little behind. After being treated so rudely, I will never go back and do not recommend this salon.

Professional cut and color in a comfortable setting. Esther cuts my wavy hair for easy styling at home. I wash it, add some pomade and it is my messy bob. Her eye for color enhances my skin tone. Tim is always available to add his expertise if needed. Absolutely recommend this salon!

This place absolutely ruined my hair. I showed a picture of what I wanted and what I got was nothing like it. After many phone calls and emails ignored they never ended up making it right. I had to get it fixed with multiple sessions from a different stylist. Would never recommend.
