I went here with a bridal party. The group was 10 minutes late getting there, but the salon was made aware of this ahead of time. As soon as we got there, the employees were rude and spent more time fussing over us being a few minutes late and didnt even acknowledge the bride to be. I had a manicure, pedicure on the first day and an updo on the second day. I asked for shellac on my nails and they ignored my request and out some vinyl nail polish. The pedicure was the absolute worst I have ever had. The entire pedicure lasted 10 minutes, including her painting my toenails... She didnt massage my legs or feet, she didnt scrub the junk off (which is the main reason behind a pedicure), didnt clip my toenails, she rushed through painting my toenails (missed a lot of nail and got a lot of polish on my skin, it was smudged and had her finger prints in it, and she was utterly rude. The only positive thing about the place was the updo. She did a nice job with it as well as all the other ladies. The place was empty for a Friday and a Saturday, very rundown looking outside. Completely not worth the money, very overpriced for what you get. Another bridesmaid cancelled her appointment 4 days in advance because she couldnt make it in time, and they still made the mother of the bride pay for it all. Another young lady wanted a massage but was uncomfortable with a male masseuse. So they still made her pay for it but she never received the massage. Absolutely horrible customer service and disgustingly over priced for what you get.

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR BRIDAL PARTIES. She had other appointments set up between each of the bridesmaids and the bride to do prom hair and color for two other ladies. (Realized this is why she WOULDNT TRAVEL to us at all.) We were LATE, an hour behind schedule. She tried to make us stay to FORCE US to take a group picture for The Knot when we were trying to leave in our three separate vehicles to get back to the venue for pictures before the wedding actually began- which the pictures didnt happen before the wedding because we were running so late. We expected multiple stylists to do the job, but she said "THEY WOULD HAVE JUST GOTTEN IN MY WAY. The whole time she talked about how she learned to style hair quickly doing shows, how fast she is, and how great her hair products are. She DID NOT LISTEN fully to what I wanted. I had pictures of the style but wanted the curls to be on the other side... but she already sprayed so much HAIRSPRAY ON MY HAIR, FACE & EAR that I figured it wouldnt be worth taking it down... Another bridesmaid had to have her hair redone, and Regina huffed about having to redo it. But she did redo the prom hair for one of her other appointments during our time.

This place is a complete joke. The most unprofessional business that I have ever seen in my life. They lie about their prices and their employees are terrible. Apparently they dont honor the prices on their website because they arent "updated". Whose fault is that? Regina need to seriously think about how she treats her customers because what was supposed to be a relaxing day for my future wife and her bridesmaids ended up being stressful because Regina and her staff completely lied about their prices. I would never recommend for anyone to ever step foot in this attrocious excuse for a business.

I took my daughter for her first pedicure ever...It was a horrible experience. They asked me and her if we would mind cutting our own toenails after leaving us to soak our feet in a tub of COLD water..all of the nail polish was dried out and thick and they were rude to top it off. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Manicure and pedicure are the worst Ive ever seen. Thought Id surprise my wife and daughters with gift certificates. But never again...id rather give that money to a homeless person.

The first time I am actually happy with my hair after leaving a salon! I love the end result as well as how well I am treated while Im there. Even got complimentary water and coffee!

She asked me how much I wanted cut off my hair. I said 1 maybe 1 1/2 inches. She cut off at least 3. And she charged $65 for a simple wash, cut, and blow dry. Will not return.
