I scheduled a spa day here the week before the day actually came around. The receptionist on the phone told me to be there at one. I arrived about five minutes before my scheduled time. The girl at the front desk told me to go ahead and come back to the facial room for my facial and on the way there said that the manicurist was running a little late. But it should be no problem because I should be done with my facial by the time the manicurist arrives. I also told the girl on the way to my facial that I have really tender skin and that I wouldnt be able to have a lot of product on my face. She said that would be fine. She then talked like a fifteen year old the entire time and burned half of my face off with the products she slathered on. It was then two when we were done, after she hurried up with the end of my facial. The manicurist was still not there. It was then 2:45 by the time the manicurist finally arrived. She came in wearing a wife beater and jeans, totally unprofessional looking. She then rushed through my manicure and didnt even finish. I thought the whole point to going to a spa was to be pampered? I then received my pedicure from the same fifteen year old talking facial girl, who did an absolute awful job. The paint isnt smooth and I took it off as soon as I got home. I am never going back there. Poor service and unprofessional.

If you asked me to rate this place 1 out of 10. Id say your going to have to throw in some negative numbers because this place is terrible. My girlfriend went in to get blonde highlights and she ended up with a chemical burn and bleach blonde hair. Her scalp has blisters on it. To top it off her hair is falling out and its a week before oaks. So this place ruined oaks week for her, not to mention her hair that she is probably going to have to get cut. If you love your hair or your gf, dont recommend this place to anyone.

The stylist was amazing, she cut my hair exactly how I asked her to without telling me that wouldnt work like most other stylist have done. My first time in the salon was a couple months ago and now I have another appointment there tomorrow .
