I had my hair highlighted yesterday. It turned out great and Fayetmeh got me in at last minute which is why I gave a 3 star...but, she was really rough with me. She was tugging my hair and slapping on the foils. I am not sure if she is always like that or if she was mad about taking me at last minute. We were both kind to each other...but if she had any hard feelings I would have appreciated her just telling me to wait. Her station was not clean and when she blew dry my hair she let it get g close to my scalp a few times and burnt me once. When I screamed and pulled away from her she said "oh did I burn you?" And then laughed. Not funny. Also, Im not from around here so I had to go from these reviews as well. With that said, every salon is different. Ive always had the cut and color as a complete price. Here its 85 which is the color and was eyebrows (but mine were already waxed so she took 10 off...but then added on 20 extra for my hair to be layered. The results were great, but the experience was unpleasant! So its up to you on whether its worth it or not. Personally I plan to chance it and look around more in the future.

This salon was AWFUL! Went for my prom hair and makeup, and when I showed the stylist the picture of how I wanted my hair, she didnt ask me anything about how I wanted it done, she just went to work and it looked nothing like what I wanted and she refused to change it. She didnt know that I had scheduled makeup, so she rushed through and got it all down my shirt, I had HORRIBLE makeup lines and I looked ORANGE! She got it done in 5 minutes, and expected me to pay 35 dollars for makeup alone, when she had told me she would only charge 20!! The website says they have a WKU student discount, which they dont actually honor. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told it would cost 70 for everything, and the stylist told me it was 90 when it was all over!! I gave her 60 and left. AWFUL SERVICE and a HORRIBLE experience! I will NEVER go back to this salon again!!!

I went to changes this past Friday (feb 2016) for a balayage and came out looking like I was in the eighth grade going through a "scene" phase. my layers werent blended correctly, it just looked choppy. the color was even worse. I had a huge strip in the back of my head that looked like it was dipped in blonde color. I had a cheetah print also in the back of my head and the color didnt get blonder at the tips either. it was spotty and awful. i noticed this all when I straightened my hair because se had it in thick curls when she styled it. I immediately went and got a box color of dark brown to try to cover it up. I wish I could post pictures because my description doesnt even come close to showing how bad it was. I paid 106.00 for this and Im currently working on getting a refund so I can have someone else fix it for me.

Changes Salon is a wonderful salon to go to, I highly recommend it. Great experience. Fatemeh does my hair, she is absolutely wonderful and does a great job. I am very pleased with her. She also does my eye brows, LOVE the way she does them. She does eyebrow threading and facial threading. Sometimes she does free make up when i get my hair done. she is a sweet lady and knows what she is doing. Great Experince. thanks

I love this salon!!! I have been getting my hair done by Jackie for years she is wonderful with highlights and cut. Not only does she do hair but also essential oils. I have MS and the treatment she does for me has help so much. All of the girls there are wonderful and very helpful. I also have waxes done and the girl who does that is great. There is just not enough good things I can say about this salon!!!

I have been a customer of Changes Salon for 6 years. Jackie, the owner, is very professional and great with color. Im a dark haired blonde that prefers light blonde, but doesnt want to be at the salon every 4 weeks getting a touch up. Jackie highlights my hair in a way that enables me to extend the length of time between visits. I would recommend this salon.

Great Experience? For my type of hair I received the best haircut I have had and it was very easy to manage as well. All of the stylists were very nice and offered me a drink & magazine as I waited. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and I will definitely be going back.

Fatemeh took me last minute and saved me from a home coloring disaster. She also waxed me eyebrows while the color processed. She was faster than most stylists I have been to (at least the ones who do a good job like she does) and the price was very reasonable.
