Wonderful and delightful experience. This was my first time treating myself to a high end salon experience. Dani was extremely kind and patient with me while trying to decide what I really wanted. She had some suggestions that I wasnt fully on board with but she is definitely where she needs to be. Her suggestions worked out beautifully and I was more than pleased!! I enjoyed the massages so much!! I will be a repeat customer. The cost was a little overwhelming BUT as the saying goes "you get what you pay for"...the whole experience is worth treating yourself!!

Everyone was extremely nice. I have shopped around Bellevue for 6 years for a stylist who could cut my curly hair so that it grows out well and styles easily. Brenda finally got it right! The stylist who took care of my mom (Desiree?) was also amazing! This salon really trains their stylists to listen to the client. I never once felt like they were doing what they thought was best without our consideration. Also, I did not feel pressure to purchase the products they recommended (although I did feel tempted)

Beautiful, comfortable salon! Katie whom I really cannot recommend highly enough, did a fabulous job creating the perfect red for my skin tone! She is very personable, listens to concerns, desired outcome, etc. I had just about given up hope finding someone who had true talent/skill with long, red hair (naturally dishwater blonde with grey highlights!!).

Great atmosphere, great stylists, and complimentary beverages and scalp massages. A great place for moms to go escape for an hour while also enjoying a bit of pampering, in addition to your haircut! Ive loved all of my stylists, so far!
