Ive been a client at Salon Ya Ya (Hillsboro Village) for over four years now, and I LOVE it! Since my first visit I have grown my hair from chin-length to well past shoulder-length. Keri Lyn has been excellent at helping my hair through this transition. Not only has she kept my hair trimmed, clean, or even a little funky if I needed a change, but she has educated me on products and techniques that will keep my hair healthy between visits. I love that the stylists and receptionist are so friendly, never snooty or pushy. They go out of their way to make each client feel comfortable and at home. I always look forward to my appointments, knowing Ill receive great service, have a chance to relax, and, of course, leave with my hair looking fabulous! Well priced for the Nashville area. Cannot say enough good things about Salon Ya Ya! Book your appointment now! You will not be disappointed.

What a Fantastic Salon! I was nervous walking in because you never know how you will be received or what the experience is going to be like. My stylist, Keri-Lyn, was absolutely fabulous. She actually took the time to get to know me, asked questions about my long term hair goals and was so personable not to mention knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing, took the time to show me how to blow dry my hair to get the desired result I was looking for and introduced me to products that were right for my hair type without being a high pressure sales person. I felt like a million dollars when I walked out. Evin, Keri-Lyns associate, gave me a great scalp massage and was also personable, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a salon with friendly, knowledgeable professional stylists that are not over the top expensive, this is the place to go!

I have lived in Nashville for about four years, and I had been trying desperately to find a great Salon and stylist! A friend at work referred me to Courtney at Salon Ya Ya and I am SO grateful! Not only is she AMAZING, everyone that works there is so friendly and talented! I always feel very comfortable there - if youre like me and you want to feel comfortable AND get the best service in town - then go to Salon Ya Ya! Courtney especially is so amazing - she listens to exactly what I want to do, and she gets to know her clients and knows what style/color will go best with their personality! I would feel comfortable going to anyone that works there - they are all fabulous! Very professional, but comfortable and intimate. Best Salon in Nashville!!

These women really know how to make someone feel worthless. I was there right on time for my appointment and sat there for 20 minutes without any one acknowledging my presence. One of the women talked to the girl sitting next to twice! She asked her about her appointment, her name and offered her a drink, she even checked someone out in front of me but stared right past me at all times. A simple "hello we will be right with you"by any one of them would have done for me. I would have gladly waited but to be ignored completely left me feeling so raw and insignificant, the feeling is still there and it ruined the rest of what was supposed to be a fun day. I hated it and will never recommend this place to anyone.

I cant say enough about Salon Ya Ya. I have been going to Kari-Lyn for about 4 years, and have always loved my styles. I have learned so much about my hair from her. She takes the time to explain your hair type, why it acts like it does, and how various products will work with your hair. Shes taught me how to style my hair on my own so that I can achieve the salon style at home. If youre looking for a salon that will not only give you beautiful hair, but teach you how to get the same look on your own, with the friendliest staff there is, go no further than Salon Ya Ya.

Thanks for the great haircut!! Im from NYC. I was visiting my friend in Nashville was looking to cut off at least 7 inches of hair for a non-NYC price. Salon Ya-Ya fit me in for a 9 AM appointment with Rebecca. Its difficult to get a good short haircut because I have a roundish face but Rebecca did a great job! I have not had a short haircut since college - 5 yrs ago. This is probably the best haircut Ive had in a long long time. If you want a great affordable haircut I highly recommend Salon Ya Ya and Rebecca :).

What a breath of fresh air! I was referred to HALEY from a family member of hers... and boy he was not biased when he said she was great! I have long straight hair and always leave feeling like I just got a "cookie cutter" hairstyle. She really listened to what I wanted and added her own input, which turned out to be great advice. You can tell Haley knows her stuff and I would recommend anyone who wants a down to earth, professional stylist to her! Salon Ya Ya... you had me at hello. :)

My husband has thick, curly hair that can be unruly and wild. After years of terrible haircuts from chain barbershops and salons, we visited Salon Ya Ya and will never look back! Hayley at the Hillsboro Village salon is extremely talented and always gives him gorgeous Kennedy-worthy cuts that make me swoon. A good haircut can give a man confidence and a whole new degree of professionalism. We are so grateful to have found Hayley - highly recommend this salon!!!

Kayla was the ABSOLUTE BEST. I have not had a better haircut or bayalage (full) ever. She is so sweet and she KNOWS what shes doing. She told me everything that she was doing during my haircut, bayalage, and shampoo/conditioning treatment (great scalp massage too!) I would go back to her in a heart beat. Ive been getting a bayalage for years and this has been my absolute best one yet. THANK YOU!!!

Jenna was awesome--this is the first time i have gotten my hair done and not gone home and immediately restyled my hair. she did what i asked, helped to style it how i normally wear it (albeit better than i could have done), helped me determine what QUALITY products would work on my style hair, and helped me to determine what i wanted to do next. cant wait to go back and get color done soon!

I got my hair cut my Renya in August. She was a little behind on things and I waited for a little while, BUT in the end she offered me a free treatment for my hair because of the wait. I didnt mind waiting because ive always gotten great service/prices/hair cuts with Salon Yaya! Again, I had a great experience and will be back! Between Jamie and Renya this salon is GREAT!
