I really wish I could rate a zero, but I cant. I just moved to the area and Ulta is conveniently still open when I get off work. I wanted the "simplist" haircut. It was the worst haircut Ive ever had... please dont go to Kenley! I went from long hair wanting a few inches off, to now having a short bob to have it fixed. :( it was three inches off on one side, wayyy shorter than I asked for, with a huge hole chopped out in the back of my head. Im not being dramatic when I say how horrendous it was! Im so disappointed. I recommend Studio One 20 who fixed it this morning!

Ive always been a Sephora customer but decided to check out Ulta... I was looking at Nyx makeup and was literally pushed out of the way by an employee so she could show another customer a nyx product... And then she stood in front of the makeup I was trying to look at. She was clearly trying to get me out of the way, and never even said excuse me. I had a bag full of stuff that I threw down and left. Ill stick to Sephora.

The makeup brushes were a mess and could not find anything. Most had been opened. The rest of the store was not much better, stock depleted and disorganized. 1 person working the counter with 5-6 people waiting. No one to help find anything. Worst Ulta I have been to. Heading back to Spring Hill!

Ulta is a good store to buy products from but I went to get my makeup done and they have no clue how to do makeup. Left very unsatisfied, so I went home and had to re-do my makeup...

The sales associates at the registers need better training. My purchase was rung up wrong, then took 3 trips back to get it corrected.
