Went there for a cut/color with really no expectations (since I have only gone to Salons a few times and I usually dislike my haircut.) I just moved to Indiana and decided to cross my fingers and try The Palms because their website looked promising and it seemed cute. Was a little hard to find behind the Lowes but I am SO, SO, SO happy that I picked this place! I was greeted warmly by a girl named Robin who was also my stylist (she had to cover a receptionists shift as well) and she did AMAZINGLY. Not only did she give me the exact, perfect color that I wanted by mixing multiple dyes, but she also managed to cover my entire head wonderfully, cut my hair exactly as I had shown her with images of models and just made me feel relaxed and beautiful. I am DEFINITELY coming back as soon as possible and asking for her especially!: ) She is a great stylist and listener and they blew me away. Obviously I cant say anything about the other stylists but from what I have heard/seen they are all VERY talented and I know for A FACT that if you go see Robin she will make you look perfect. Ive been several times durring the week for a hair cut . They have been easy going , polite, and attentive. I have been happy with my haircut. I brought a picture of what I wanted and got exactly that. Facility was clean, and service was cordial . On top of that it was priced competitively for Bedford. I would recommend them, but suggest making an appointment.

I received a $50 gift card. Tried to set up appointment for just a hair trim. They claimed the earliest openings were 2 months out. I could never get in in a decent amount of time , so I did not go. My family member wasted $50. And I will never go there for anything. I feel like they got my money so they didnt need to give me decent service.

Ive been going here for years and I always get a consistent, quality hair cut. Ive met the owner several times and she runs a clean, honest business and most importantly, she is a really good person who sincerely cares about offering a positive experience. I will be back :)

I spoke with a lady last week to schedule a massage manicure and pedicure for my girlfriend. After confirming the appointment and time I called in today to pre pay and found out they forgot to schedule her. Your time and money is better spent somewhere else.
