Convenient, fast, and inexpensive. As a man, I dont really need anyone to do anything fancy to my hair, just keep it trimmed every 4 weeks or so. Bridgette is very friendly and the Arcade location makes it a cinch to get a haircut and grab some lunch. If you have a more complicated hairstyle that requires a "stylist" like the gentleman below, you might have mixed results. If what you require is a haircut, tell her what you need and you should be good.

I had an appointment at 9 AM. I was 5 minutes early at 8:55. They were closed. I assumed it was because I was early. I waited for an hour, called multiple times, messaged Brandy Story, and commented on a post on their Facebook because they dont have the option to message them. Im extremely disappointed and will not be back. Instead of contacting me, they have blocked me from their Facebook page and removed my comments. So unprofessional!

Worse experience ever. Ablsolutely destroyed my hair. in fact, the stylist argued with me about what my previous stlylist did after a year long stent with her (switched due to move). First time I have ever told a stylist to stop touching my hair. Horrible...

Ive discovered a treasure in Bridget. Finally found a stylist who listens to what I want, but gives honest advice on what will suit my face and hair texture. I moved away from Nashville but still drive 2 hours for my cuts with Bridget.

Do not go here for hair, nails yes. The 2 five star ratings were done by an employee and owner. The owner is very nice but some of the older staff do not know current hair styles. Their nail tech is good.
