Historias- VCC is a growing center. We have grown from 7 to 14 children in one month. Yes, our staffs starting salary is 7.25. Each member of our staff receives pay increases based on their evaluations which occur at 90 days and annually. Each member of our staff is required to receive TECTA Center Based training, TN-ELDS, CPR and First Aid, and CCR&R training. This is a significant part of the evaluation process. Center owners are doing this for their love for children and the need for quality care in Smyrna. Center owners are not receiving income from the center at this time. All additional income is going back into the center.

I am so very blessed to have my daughter in this facility. Not only is she well taken care of but her spiritual and emotional needs are met as well. There has never been a 15 year old in this daycare facility. It is private right now and there are only a few small children so I am scratching my head at the below review, maybe they mistook it for another facility? I am college educated, well spoken, and do my research. My husband and I searched for several placed before we found Victory. I am very pleased and at peace with the people I leave my daughter with. Highly reccomended.

not sure about the other "rating/review".... sounds very sketchy to me considering the parents and children that are involved with VCC are a very close knit family and VCC is not even open to the public yet.... there is NO truth what so ever to the negative statement... isnt that like slander when there is NO truth to a statement? and defamation of character????

So thankful for all of my sons Teachers. He is 2 1/2 and already starting kindergarten prep. They are wonderful and work great with each child. My son is safe and loved while Im working. Im a single parent and they help so much!! I highly recommend VCC from baby to toddler they will take good care of your little one!

Please know, this is not a public daycare facility yet. It is a private childcare with a total of 7 children, 4 of which are related to the owner. The previous review is completely false. Legal action will be taken for the libelous review.

These people pay 7.25 an hour to their workers to watch your kids. Apparently a "proverbs" based daycare that doesnt believe in paying their workers living wages. Typical "christian" behavior.

The owner of this establishment is an extremely honest,caring, loving, Christ Follower. She exemplifies LOVE for children and my child loves this place! We all know who the HATER is -- ;o)
