We had our wedding catered and staffed by At Your Service Catering, for almost $80 per person we figured food would be amazing along with service. Boy were we wrong, food was not as sampled, staff seemed untrained, and at times very unprofessional. When doing place settings, the staff seemed to not know how to place silverware except for one of the staff. We had some guests with special dietary requirements and one of them was served the same exact plate twice, so not wrong just once but twice. The next course was not served for almost 30 minutes and many of the desert plates were missing items. For the most part the staff was friendly, but that is about it. I have guests complain about lack of service, as in needing something and not being able to get a server to actually do it, no refills no nothing. O and it gets worse, so we had a photo booth and got copies of the pictures with wishes from the guests, apparently staff from the catering company decided to partake as well, so now I have pictures of people i do not know with their wishes. We contacted the owner and a representative of At Your Service Catering, nothing has been done even though all we have asked for is an explanation of the since they are obviosly unwilling to do anything else.

Dear At Your Service Catering & Events,Im writing an open letter because that is how much i love you. After finally decompressing from the wedding i am here to say THANK YOU. I couldnt imagine our wedding going any smoother. The food was so DELICIOUS people are still talking about it. Your staff was just top notch and i couldnt have been happier with the decision. Everyone along the way was so professional and supportive and you guys executed a 4 star dinner. Thank you so so much. Looking forward to working with you again!!!!

Not great...the food was okay best. The servingware was awful, and the lady dropped off the food while I was hanging up a call and didnt even stick around to let me check that everything was correct and to our liking. She just dumped it and bailed! Also did not leave the lids for the sterno which we had a very hard time putting out the flame without. We also paid for dessert for 15 people and they jipped us on the amount. There are too many great caterers out there, dont waste your time here until they change their service!

Darren and I would like to thank AYS and their team! Our wedding was so awesome!!! I highly recommend them to anyone planning an event. The displays were awesome and so was the food. They helped my friends load up all the rentals at the end of the night. They took the stress out of planning an event. Basically all I did was call them, told them what I wanted and heres my budget. They had me come in for a tasting, and they handled everything from there.
