Ive been here for the same conference twice five years apart. Ive never had a problem with parking or exiting. The conference has been held on two floors both years, I think the second and fourth floors. So all attendees were going back and forth between sessions, all on the escalators and elevators, to visit the exhibitors on the fourth floor, attend a session on the session, get a coffee and snack on the fourth, attend a session on the second, attend the lunch keynote on the fourth, etc. Not efficient, but time was built into our schedule the second year. This place is FREEZING! My conference is in May. FREEZING! Even the men were cold. Plan accordingly.

Today 11/26/16, attending a wedding now. Poor service by the Hotel. The servers and the managers asked 10 of us who were sitting in a table to move to some other table. When I asked the reason, he said food will not be served on this table. As a guest we felt terribly bad. We had 4 kids sitting on this table. Event manager didnt want to listen to the family either. The manager could have easily fix the table issue without asking us to move the table or without telling us "no food no ice tea" on the table we were sitting. But they failed to follow basic guest and customer service.

Visited for a weekend comicon. My main complaint is that they charge $8 for parking both in the field across from the center and in the parking garage and if you leave and come back you have to pay again. There is no place to park anywhere else within walking distance so you have no other options. The facility itself is fine for the purposes of a convention. The food is a little pricey and the selection is limited which is why having to pay for parking twice if you leave to eat lunch somewhere else is annoying.

Its weird to think of a convention center as beautiful, but this one really is. While I dont have experience working with the center as an event coordinator or exhibitor, my time here as a conference attendee has been consistently great. The facilities are clean and up to date, the layout is easily navigable and effective, and the outdoor patios are perfect for catching up or catching a breath.

The staff/security was rude. My family drove over three hours to attend the "North Texas Teen Book Festival" conference, spent over $500 dollars at the center alone and left without meeting the authors/getting our books signed due to the attitudes of the Conference Center staff and festival volunteers. It was the worst experience Ive had at any book convention. We will not be returning again.

A four level convention center with different arenas for different events at the same time. Equipped with a closed garage and also open parking spaces. You can find concession inside the center, theres an enterprise office and an ATM. And if you feel to eat something, restaurants can be found very nearby in the Las Colinas blvd.

Extremely large facility! I have been there for multiple events including Multiple Dallas Judo Competitions, Dallas Business Journal Award Ceremonies, and video shoots/ photo shoots for our company. The building is very modern and accommodating, the staff have always been very professional and helpful.

Used to be great, now just ok. Was my go to place in North DFW for a long time. What happened? Room smelled heavily of perfume, pool was left open late, with lots of noise, and breakfast was not served on time. For business stays, thats important. Its too bad....I used to love this place.

There is some kind of miscalculation that happened here. The garage will be completely full and parking flows into the streets creating as very long walk. They have shuttles, which would appear they know they parking to capacity ratio is wrong. After the 30 minute walk it was a nice place.

Incredible space for any type of gathering imaginable. For example, my old high school, North Hills Preparatory in Las Colinas, held one of their Proms here at the Convention Center. Always so fun to checkout all of the different gatherings that they host and sponsor here throughout the year.

Just a beautiful building. The events I have been to here are always well maintained. The back dock staff is extremely rude and have no clue about guest services, but that doesnt have anything to do with the actual center in the front. Overall very clean bathrooms and beautiful views.

You know, this place isnt half bad unless it rains. If it rains, do your self a favor and park WAYYYYYYYYYY far away and take a shuttle into the center. They offer a "parking lot" that essentially turns into one massive mudpit when it pours. Getting mud on your cape isnt cool.

I attended the Dallas Comicon here last week. This convention center was the most poorly designed convention center Ive ever visited, and Ive been to convention centers all over the country. One stairway and one escalator for thousands of people just doesnt work.

This place drives me nuts every time I have to go to it. There isnt enough parking in their garage so most people have to park up to a mile away. If you do get a spot in their garage, there is no in and out privileges so you pay $8 every time.

Went here for the DFW Minority Business Council Access 2017. Place is nice. I think this is my 2nd time in 3 years and both times there was an issue with the entrance to the parking garage. Wonder if people are hitting the gate arms.

This facility hosted us for a number of weekends. The staff was great and very accommodating. We had the entire building rented for a number of weekends and they always cared for every need. What a privilege we had to work with them.

This is a nice area with plenty of activities in the convention center to attend. This area is also home to many running events throughout the year as well, including the well planned Irving Marathon.

Im a nursing mother and I attended a work conference. I went to the office to ask if there was a clean, private place for me to pump and the ladies there were so kind and accommodating!

Clean and open makes it easy to find your way around. With enough sign to point you in the right direction. Went here for a gymnastics competition. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was a vendor here at a recent event. Easy to find and park. The only down side during the event was that one elevator was out of commission. Plenty of room in the loading dock area.

Overall A nice place, but not very much parking, and the parking is expensive at eight bucks for parking and when the parking ran out we had to park a mile away for the same price

Nice clean facility, great for conventions. Can handle multiple conventions simultaneously without error. Staff is helpful and polite, food servers are spot on.

We have had our JW convention here twice and it has been great. The staff and management are extremely helpful and have bent backwards to make us feel welcome.
