They went above and beyond, and we were incredibly pleased. I would highly recommend hosting a birthday party here. When I say that I didnt have to do anything but sit back and socialize or watch the kids play and enjoy myself, I truly mean it. They literally greeted me out front and unloaded my trunk! I had water cases, juice cases, napkins, plates, utensils, party favors, etc. They took it all in. They unwrapped all the serving ware, set it up, unloaded drinks into buckets, poured ice over them, set the table, set out my snacks, the girls held my sock sack at the door to greet people, they searched a ball pit for a missing bow, they walked around and took pictures with their camera the whole time for us ( I can NEVER remember to take pictures!), we had pizza delivered and they called us all over and served it, they called us over when it was time for cake, they cut the cake and served, lit the candles, set it all up, they did everything. They even, on their own, staged my dang kids together at their birthday balloon chairs then called my husband and I over for a family photo! We just walked up, stood next to them, and smiled. If you have littles, you know how its work getting the family together for a picture in the MIDST of a birthday party. Even in the chaos of the guests packing up, putting shoes back on, and saying goodbye, I turned around and all the leftover pizza, cake, the birthday presents, leftover drinks and snacks were gone. Disappeared. They had loaded everything right back into my trunk. They were fabulous! I couldnt have felt more taken care of and pleased. It was an incredibly enjoyable and work-free birthday party. Thank you The COOP!

Our first time there, and wont be returning for a few reasons: 1. children, ranging in ages from approx.10 months (crawling on the floor), to approx. 7 years old (boys running around, acting.. well,... like boys) all in the same play area does NOT make for a safe environment!! 2. Ladder on small slide is an INVITATION for disaster. Steel slats spaced WAY to far apart, and the way is it shaped (on a curve) is extremely dangerous for little ones to climb up, lest one slips and falls in between the steel slats slamming the base of his/her head on their way down!! This is why I am giving it 1 Star, cant get over how dangerously built that ladder is. 3. Couldnt differentiate the employees from parents.... they should be wearing name tags and occasionally entering the play area to make themselves seen and oversee the goings on. Will DEF not be returning there. Once was enough.

We had our daughters 3rd birthday party at The Coop, and we absolutely loved it! As soon as we pulled up, their employees were at my car helping me unload gifts, cupcakes, and party favors. They set everything up perfectly before I even had my kids out of the car! I loved that I could just sit back and enjoy the party. The workers from The Coop handled everything from making sure the kids were safe to helping us transition from play time to cake time. It was fabulous! Another huge plus about The Coop as a party spot: there is a lot of extra space for the adults at your party, which is something that I feel other venues such as these are lacking. We love to play at The Coop! If you have your party here you wont be disappointed!

We went today and stepped into the ball pit to find it was wet (my socks were soaked). In short time my son (2 1/2) had a red rash on his legs and neck. We packed up to leave and told the lady who worked there that the ball pit was wet with something that irritated his skin. She said it was "just Pine Sol" and rolled her eyes. Why would you ever soak baby/toddler toys in Pine Sol and then hand them to the child wet with cleaner? Considering most of the previous reviews said the place was small and didnt offer much but was "very clean", now Im thinking Id rather go to a "dirty" outdoor playground like Hope/Frisco Commons than pay $10 for a "clean" indoor play place full of chemicals.

We just had my 3yr olds birthday party here and it was fantastic! We did the basic package where we brought in the supplies and not only did we have 2 coordinators to help we also had Jackye who was a life saver! She was on top of everything, we dont live close so werent familiar with where to order pizza, she took care of it, the forks and cups I forgot, she was on top of it! All the kids had a blast and one even booked a party while there! The coordinators were playing with the kids the entire time and the adults were actually able to talk! I also love how clean the equipment is and that the ball pit is cleaned nightly! For us the only con is there arent any closer locations!

For the price of a happy meal you can go to McDonalds and get the same thing. Only save about $7 dollars. I love the idea and the concept behind this idea, maybe I worked it up to much in my mind. When the website states that they have Lattes and coffee I expected a separate concession for this area maybe with some pastrys. The poor cashier who was working solo would have had to make the beverage. If you choose to have the beverage you then cant enjoy it where the kids play. I understand why but now you cant enjoy your coffee or watch your toddler your pick. Ill watch my toddler. The play area was very small and crowded. $10.00 is to much to spend on this venue.

We celebrated our 2 year olds birthday at the Coop over the weekend and couldnt have been more satisfied. The staff was so helpful, involved and willing to accommodate. The facility was clean and beautifully decorated. All parents enjoyed the ability to watch the kids play without having to run around them. The staff took care of decorating the favor table, arranging the food and loading and unloading our car. We did not feel rushed when the party was nearing its end. I will definitely recommend this as the new go to party place.

We had a party at the COOP and all the kids had a blast! The place is clean and was just the right size for a private party of about 12-15 kids. The staff helped tremendously with set up and tear-down and allowed me to relax and enjoy time with my kiddo and guests. Any extras I needed, they anticipated or were ready to help. I ended up leaving something behind and received an immediate call. When I dropped by the staff remembered me and welcomed me with a smile. Great experience.

This is my first time here and the front desk lady was extremely rude. Wasnt helpful AT ALL, when we told her it was our first time. Considering it was our first time I was unaware that there was only one playroom. As I sat in the lobby while my child played, the receptionist proceeded to facetime a friend out loud without any headphones in front of all customers. Very rude and vulgar language used frequently. Needless to say this will be my last visit at the coop.

Clean but small, more for little toddler. Kids had fun, but one of the staff in charge (not being rude, but definitely unfriendly tune) kept directing her coworkers to go after parents who brought small bottled water into the play area, while there isnt much other place for parents to hang around. Others are quite friendly, but no big kids supervise and lead the play like other places have.
