RUN ... dont WALK away! The place is amazing but I agree with the other post ... thats where it stopped. In fact, we couldnt even get our agreement ironed out after weeks and found another venue! Yes ... I ask for the fact that the facility was available for the Rehearsal the evening before to be included since we were told it would be and yes ... I ask that they allow us access to the facility the entire day of the wedding since, during our initial walk through, we were told they never book two events on the same day and we would be "let in by the “boss” as he often did however early we wanted to arrive" ... But, if those are used as "benefits" to use the facility ... then why not put them in the agreement? After a LOT of back and forth, we got leary that if they wouldnt include what they committed to verbally in the agreement, we just werent comfortable with what else might not be accurately represented. I guess they, unlike other small businesses in this economy, dont feel like making $8-$9,000 for an event one evening is worth putting your "pen where your mouth is". ANYONE that wont put the commitment in writing has something to hide! DONT waste your time with these folks like we did … just trying to get to an agreement! There are venues located in better places to accommodate a nearby nice rehearsal dinner that WILL put / already have everything in your agreement!

The actual ballroom is beautiful and has a lot of potential. That is where all the positive sayings stop. The wedding consultants are not helpful. They just want to know your budget and then they will make a plan for you. How about you tell me what you offer and we can make this an amazing wedding. They are so plain and unprofessional.I thought the goal was to have me excited to get married there, but obviously for them it isnt. I think if they fired all their wedding consultants and actually hired people that cared this could be a grand venue.

Ive had the opportunity to come to this beautiful venue twice! Once was for a wedding and the other was for a Valentines Date Night event. I really love the beautifully ambiance and the wide open space that has plenty of room for mingling, dining and even a giant dance floor! My favorite part is that this place has its own little bar with a rooftop with fire pits and twinkly lights if you just wanted some fresh air. That part reminded me of of SpeakEasys in Austin. Lots of charm and elegance here! As a guest we just had a great time!

Royal Affairs is such a lovely venue and the team is top notch! I had my wedding reception there last month and it was fabulous! Sherry, Najam, David and everyone else went above and beyond to ensure our event was picture perfect. They were organized, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this venue and the people who represent it. I will post photos when theyre available.

My son had his wedding there and the staff was most accommodating. The food and service was excellent. Everything went exactly as we planned. They took care of everything for us to the finest detail as they have done for all our familys venues.

Have contacted them several times via phone and email for two months now for a quote and have heard absolutely nothing back. The venue looks beautiful on the website but I guess I will never know for sure!

Its pretty inside and it isnt a terrible value, but a bit on the pricey side for a room separated by a curtain.
