This company painted the exterior of my home and we were extremely disappointed. Told job would take approximately 4 days and it took 7. We were told painters would arrive at 8 a.m. on the first day, then told 10 a.m., but they actually arrived at 2 p.m. Another day painters told us they would return the next day at 1 p.m. and they never showed. Biggest issues were lack of supervision and some novice painters. One novice painter painted a wood window so sloppy that he almost completely covered the glass with paint and then made a mess trying to clean it with solvent. One painter sat on a wood window sill and another stood in a different wood window sill while caulking the window. This cracked and loosened the structure which will be a problem for us in the future. There were other issues such as not covering windows and protecting property from paint spray and drops even though their info packet said it would be done. Also, these painters dumped paint and stain on or near my property. This caused an issue with the City and I received violation notices. I paid for professional painters and did not receive professional performance.

We recently bought a house. The owners before us had some unique style. This left us with the problem of painting. After searching for DIY guides and attempting to figure it out ourselves, we ran into Fresh Coat and could not be happier. The DIY guides are basic and give good information but there are always things a professional just knows that you will not find in guides and youtube videos. We saved ourselves money, time and peace of mind. Not only was the color great, but the speed, texture and odd requests were met with a manner we couldnt believe. The painters were great the the owner came by to check on the guys and even bring them a meal while they worked. That was important that he cared about his workers well being as well as the job they were doing. Will most definitely use them again.

We recently used Fresh Coat Painters of Allen/McKinney and will definitely use them again! They did a GREAT job with areas that were not at all easy to paint. i.e. foyer and stairway ceilings. Fresh Coats guys were so nice; made sure all areas to be painted were well covered so as not to splatter on our floor, or other furniture. Everything looked so good after they were done! We will definitely be using them again in the near future. Darrell Hale, the owner is such a nice guy and truly cares if his customers are happy. He inspects the job before and after it is completed. He is all about customer service! I would HIGHLY recommend Fresh Coat Painters of Allen/McKinney if you want a professional job done for a reasonable price.

From the time we called Darrell Hale and his team at Fresh Coat until they left one week after starting painting our home inside and out, the entire a event was a superb example of outstanding customer service and people skills. We did not know the Fresh Coat team before but when they left we felt like they were friends and they treated us like friends from the start, made us feel comfortable that the entire time they would be in our home would be like family visiting except in their case they left after a week... I called with a really short window to get work done (contacted Sunday night) - and Darrell was back to me with a quote the next day, and the ability to start the work the following day! They did a great job (removing old wallpaper border - and re-texturing to match existing finish). It was labor intensive, messy work - but EVERYTHING was covered with plastic and they left as small a footprint as possible. Very neat! AND a good price! We have painting to do in the fall, and I will definitely call them to get the work done!

Fresh Coat offers great service and work! We just had about 2000 sq ft of the interior of our house painted by Fresh Coat. We were thoroughly impressed with Darrell and his team. The team completed the job early, moved all furniture/decor, covered everything in tarp to protect furniture/floors, returned everything to its place when done, and were always on time. Most importantly, their painting was perfect, with clean lines, no drips, full coverage, and no splatters in the wrong areas. I highly recommend Fresh Coat.

Fresh Coat gave me a quote quickly when time was of the essence. The representative did a great job not only of estimating work but also of recommending multiple options for repair based on my needs. We scheduled the work and they arrived on time and immediately began working, and finished the same day even though it was a large ceiling that needed Sheetrock repair, texturing, and painting. When completed we literally cannot tell that there was ever a problem at all, super happy with their work!
