I would NOT recommend anyone sending their child or children to this horrid facility. They do not follow their own policies and procedures. I asked the entire facility including placing my child on the list to pick up and drop off my child from school. The Palace Academy left my child at school for over 2 hours. I received a call from Mansfield Police about my child and negligence. When I brought this to the facilities manager Rene she brushed the incident off and stated that it was not their, The Palace Academy nor staffs, fault because they do not check the lists daily. To cut the story short, I called the facilities manager. NEVER received a call or any attempt of contact back. I removed my child from this facility and will NEVER AGAIN INVEST TIME OR MONEY INTO A PLACE THAT SHOWS NO COMPASSION NOR CONCERN AND ARE OKAY WITH LEAVING YOUR CHILD because they DO NOT CHECK THE LISTS DAILY.

First of all let me say that this daycare is not ran how one is supposed to be. The asst director nichole is a drunk and druggie and Rene has meltdowns when she does not take her medication. Employee turnover rate is high. The directors entire family is employed there meaning no background checks etc. Most of all they lie about numbers when cps comes and have had several problems with CPS call and they will tell you. Most importantly a child hit his head there and eventually died as a result of his injuries he sustained there. Additionally, this daycare is affiliated with someone who was arrested for indecent exposure to a minor etc. They are not Christians please steer clear of this place put them out of business.

I think its a great daycare. Ive used them from time to time. My son loves the daycare. They have another location in Arlington. Its great as well and the staff is so sweet.
