Mary and the team at Aerotek are absolutely amazing! I cant say enough about how helpful they are compared to many other recruiting/staffing agencies that Ive worked with. I registered with about 6 different recruiting agencies over a 2month period and had no luck finding a job. The jobs I was offered either werent what I told the recruiter I was looking for, or the recruiter never had any jobs available. That wasnt the case with Mary and Aerotek. I registered with them one day, interviewed with them in person the next day, and found a job within a week of contacting them. Not only did I find a job but I love my job and its the perfect fit for me. Mary coached me throughout the interview process with the company I work for now, and even helped me negotiate a higher salary than what was initially offered. Dont do what I did and waste your time with recruiters that just collect resumes. Call Mary and the team at Aerotek if you wanted to get started in a career that is right for you.

SHADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They make you fill out the new hire forms & go through orientation before you are hired to avoid paying you. It took 2 hours not 30 minutes to fill out all the forms & watch the video. The actual orientation didnt cover much. The information they sent me stated I was eligible for benefits & my recruiter said the same thing. Once hired, they kept taking away little by little until I had no benefits. I even signed up electronically for benefits & have proof. The client is nice, but I would not work for this shady company again. They kept calling me a contractor, but would not allow me to do 1099. They also get you in as cheap as possible even if the client allows double the pay. Yes, they get their markup after the salary. It does not cut into their profits if they would have paid you more.

Kelsey did an amazing job! She kept me updated on how the interview went and with the reactions from the interviewers at the company. She also gave me great advice to make sure I was prepared for the interview. She would promptly return phone calls or emails. And she made sure I was aware of how far along we were in the process. She always had a positive opinion about my chances in getting the job. I did get it and I start Monday! I am so excited to have found a great company where Im sure Ill fit in nicely. Also, the location is just south of downtown Austin. Kelsey made sure to point that out to me in the initial phone call, which increased my interest since most of my past interviews were in Round Rock and I live in Kyle. I am very satisfied with my experience!

Edsel Rivera he goes the extramile to give the best courtesy service and try to find the perfect job fit. From the first day i steped in to Aerotek i was greated from there freanly staff, they are generosly and courteous. Edsel does an amazing job on helping you find a great job, he got me an intervie with a great company. Edsel gave me great advices and tip on how to be prepared for the interview. I did got the job tanks to his hard work and tip. Not only he finds you a job but it keep in touch on how everything is going, he promply respond to my call or emails and aswers all my questions with a good knowledge im really satisfied with his work. Edsel has done an great job i highly recommend Aerotek their staff is freanly and courteous. Its a great experiense.

My contact with Aerotek was very positive. Megan was extremely professional and enthusiastic. She went the extra mile. While I didnt get the position it was neither her nor Aeroteks fault. Within a few moments of my phone interview with the company that Megan was trying to place me with it became obvious that the company had already made up its mind to go with someone else and they were merely interviewing me as a courtesy. I would however reiterate that this was not in any way Megans or Aeroteks fault. I certainly hope to deal with Megan in the future, she is genuinely interested in her candidates success. Having worked in Recruiting and Management myself I would hire Megan in a second as well as happily deal with Aerotek.

I recently was offered a job through Aerotek. The pay offer was great, but so was the opportunity , I was working for half as much, so leaving my job for more pay and an career oriented job wasnt too hard. I always was treated with respect by my recruiter, and he always kept me informed. Nothing was rushed however very productive.He was very understanding to my current situation. I was so impressed with the service I told my friends and family. long story short my sister was able to land a great job as well and liked her recruiter as well. She called and texted just to thank me which is very unlike her. If you need a good job with professionals throughout, Areotek is the company to meet your needs plus a little extra.

Waste of time. They have your Resume that you originally send them. They dont even review it before they contact you. Once they schedule you to come in for an interview they literally inform you moments after sitting down that the position youre applying for, youre not qualified for, for whatever reason. If you want to speak to a supervisor or need to complain about a recruiter, upper management sounds just as unintelligent as the 18 year olds they hire. They really dont care about their "clients" nor give them any humane respect whatsoever. Do not waste your time calling them or trying to get their assistance.

Mary is one of the best recruiters in Austin Aerotek is lucky to have her! We spoke on the phone one time she told me about a position I might be interested in. Mary took the time to explain clear expectations on what the employer was looking for. I felt very confident after our meeting and was offered a position shortly after the interview. The follow up phone calls to make sure everything was okay was great encouragement. I havent had to use an agency for employment very often Mary was a great helping in a time of need. I would recommend Aerotek to all my family and friends!

They may be a good company to work for if you could get the recruiters to return your calls. Im very disappointed in the way I was treated because I was referred by a recruiter from the agency at a job fair. I have registered and applied for jobs.....no reply back. I have called and left messages and they never return your calls back. I finally gave up because I was becoming very frustrated. I would not recommend anyone I know to them based on my experience. Very disappointed! I hope others experience will be better than the service "I did not" receive.

Ive been with Aerotek for about 2 months now and since joining its been a nice experience. It did take me about a month and several applications before they were able to match me with a job before that however, but thats just a testament that theres strong competition in the area. They return any messages I leave promptly, and have proactively contacted me if I was late to submit hours in hopes of squeezing them in so I dont have to wait another week before payment. A nice, clean office as well with friendly and helpful staff.
