One star is a "very high" rating for this particular company. Their interview is a total waste of time, and effort. I was interviewed by Isabel and Javier, which in my experience have no idea of why and whom they are interviewing. First of all I was given a seven part assessment test, which I passed with flying colors, but the assessments were never mentioned and when I asked they had not reviewed them as of the date of the interview. After an interview that lasted for an hour, they did not have the decency or professionalism to call me back and let me know the outcome of said interview. I have been in recruiting for many years, and that is just common courtesy to contact your candidate even if it is just to tell them you have decided to go with another person. I was the one who called them and left a message. But not surprisingly my call was never returned. I would never, ever, recommend this company to any of my peers, or friends. Good luck with your company because if the employees you have in your recruiting department are any indication of the type of business you run, then I am glad I was never offered the position!!!

IHC has worked diligently to assist us with our staffing needs. They have met our staffing parameters with no less than 90% of the candidates that they have submitted and the few that were not within the 90% were creatively selected and brought added value as well. Out of the many agencies we have used, IHC offers the best guarantee timeline (90 days) within our local market. We have worked with Javier and Brittany directly and both individuals have been open to feedback. We are not an easy company to staff so I appreciate that they are willing to rise to the challenge.

SCARY. I have been on the lookout for a new job and at some point I must have reached out to this company. Today, I got an e-mail regarding W2s and access to them. I responded and asked how I was receiving this communique since Ive never worked for this company - and got a two-word response: "then disregard". No answer to my question of how. I will make sure everyone in my social network is aware that this company does little to protect personally identifiable information and doesnt care that they engage in sloppy practices.

Have only had bad assignments with them, they really cater to back breaking $8.00 per hour factory work, and sweatshops for office stuff. Very limited opportunities even with those. Every time I have been there I rarely see anyone applying. Not sure how they stay in business.
