Very dissatisfied with Angels Funeral Home. First they failed to post my grandmas obituary on there website because they "forgot" to do it. Second when arriving to the rosary service there wasnt any greeters throughout the whole service. The staff didnt have any idea how to set up there own projecting system for the slideshow, also didnt even know there own WIFI information. Mind you Bryan and Peter are the funeral directors who were no where to be found during this whole process. The next day for the last viewing of the casket we had purchased the boutonnières for the pallbearers but then to find out that morning there had been boutonnières already purchased for us but none of the staff informed of about it. Driving to the church my niece was riding in the limo behind the hearse and all of a sudden the back door propped open revealing the casket. Throughout my grandmas life I was her voice at times and I feel the need continue to vent to put my grandma at peace and to make sure nobody has an experience like we did.

Angel Funeral Home is a terrible place to take your loves ones. Brian didnt get anyone scheduled to do the Rosary, No greeters available, no Funeral director available to talk with when no one showed up to do the Rosary service. The receptionist spent the whole evening trying to schedule the service for the following morning & to facilitate at the cemetery site because they were not scheduled either. Failed to advertise the arbitrary. ..not even on their website, so many family & friends didnt know where he was taken. No church service scheduled, and the casket bouquet was never placed on the coffin. Receptionist said we would get refunded for those services but Brian avoids us & obviously will not refund us without legal representation. It was a terrible service, fortunately my son opened the service & said a prayer. Then my cousins husband concluded the Service & blessed everyone, but by that time most everyone had already left Its not like we can redo it all, so beware!

If you love your loved one DO NOT entrust them in Angel Funeral Homes care. They never made the initial call to our family to set up a time to meet for arrangements. We had to call them. As soon as they saw there was a pending on the insurance when verifying, Peters whole demeanor changed. It was very obvious it was all about the money here. No Compassion, nothing professional about him or the director whom I called twice and he would not return the call. Instead Peter was the one that called me back after i specifically requested I talk to Bryan and did not want to deal with Peter anymore. Peters call to my sister in law who lost her husband was so awful he said "since you are not happy and we are not happy, its best you go ahead and move him to another funeral home" Too bad you have to give one star to be able to post.

I made an appointment to meet and preplan my funeral. The person was very polite to me, but he address me in Spanish only. When I do business with someone , I do it in English only. I spoke English to him, he kept on in Spanish. As soon as I mentioned cremation, the funeral director butt in and said, "Leave your e-mail and we will send you information" I asked him to give me a brochure." He bluntly said, "We done give information on paper". It is two weeks ago not and no e-mail. I went to All Faith funeral home and was treated professionally in English and was given 5 deferent plans in writing. I will not recommend Angel Funeral Home to any one.

Sometimes the situation surrounding the loss of a family member can become quite overwhelming for the surviving relatives. The clear, easy and concise way that Bryan DeLeon explained everything to us, while handling most of the critical details, helped alleviate much of the burden of arranging the memorial and cremation. His disposition and eagerness to cooperate contributed greatly to the success of our respectful and inspirational memorial service. Their facilities are very nice and they are a great value. I highly recommend Angel Funeral Home. There is no need to look elsewhere.

Funeral was never posted to website. Consequently many people missed the funeral of my colleague. Staff was rude when answering the phone. Viewing room smelled like stale beer. I would never use this funeral home or recommend it to anyone.
