Very nice looking place. Very poor management. Funeral director rushed my family through the service, which I found to be very disrespectful. Associates could not get my music to play, and refused to have me or anyone else try to fix it. They mentioned that it happens to many families when they bring their own music. I asked them why they had not purchased new equipment or called a technician to work it, and they did not have a response. They charge you all this money, and lack continuity. I found out the problem for the music was that they were using an old dvd player that did not read rewritable dvds. Then the funeral director failed to process our cremation in an expedited manner, and continuously dodged answering questions. I do not recommend this place.

My brother Joe passed in December. Its still hard for my family and I everyday. From the first day we walked into Mission, Janie and everyone there were so kind and accommodating. I look back to that week and I cant imagine my family being able to get through such a rough time without Janie being there every step of the way holding my family up. There were times when it seemed we couldnt function and there was Janie guiding us through the process, she went above and beyond. Mission Funeral Home was there for my family through one of the hardest times of our lives. Thank you Janie from my whole family.

The funeral director that helped with the arrangements of my mothers funeral was very condescending to me and my family. She wasnt helpful at all with the preparations. She was very rude to the pall bearers because some were confused as to what to do. I wouldnt have had the service here however dealing with the loss we wanted to get it over with. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I did attend my uncle funeral in pflugerville and it was nothing like what I experienced. The people were compassionate there. This place shows zero compassion and appears to be racist towards hispanics.
