Really Bad Service..... we had my brothers body at this place, (Mexican consulate) assigned this funeral Home to send his body to Mexico....I have bn in contact with people that works there at these funeral home since the time Mexican Consulate took body there, and never mentioned that they will need clothes. My Brothers body was there for days probably over a week and they kept saying that they were waiting for the death certificate to send his body to Mexico, Finally we got the Death Certificate from the Judge after 13 days and my surprise when my other brother received the body in Mexico he was completely naked .......I really thought that it was a disrespectful thing to do, to send him like that to Mexico..I called today to make a complaint about it and some guy with bad attitude said that he does not gets paid to give information about what we need to bring or not to bring for the bodies "really rude"....He said that he just gets paid to do something else, I didnt wanted to discussed anything further and hung up, I knew I was not going to get nowhere...If you have a loved one at a Funeral Home, please take some clothes for his body because if you dont youll be in my shoes dealing with people like him...*******Muy mal servicio.....Y gente muy despotas cuando les haces preguntas********

I will never use Riveras again. My sister recently passed away it was such a shock. However it was more of a shock to view my sisters body with no make-up and her undergarment positioned so wrong that it made her look deformed. There were many other little things that could have been avoided but because of lack of planning from the funeral home caused us problems. No toilet paper, no water, technical problems, no flowers on casket. It took them over three hours to put make-up on and over three and a half to get toilet paper. We did not get water, not even for the next day! When I talked to Aaron he mentioned how they were understaffed and there was nothing he could do.

My grandfathers passing was such a shock, I couldnt believe how he was fine one minute and all of sudden went. Rivera funeral home and their staff conducted them selves in a very respectful and orderly manner, we felt comforted as soon as we walked into the door, the director (aaron) who was in charge of my grandfathers funeral was very caring, he was there to answer any of our questions, to guide us through these difficult times, once the funeral was over I felt very calm, Crystal the lady working in the front desk was very helpful as well. Thank you Rivera funeral home!

On 2/7/2017 we had our dear mother Lucila Rodriguez. It has been our experience that this business did not and does not have the care or sensitivity of the grieving families. They also Lack the communication between employees. It saddens me, that at the most difficult time of our beautiful family we have had to deal with incompetent insensitive personal. I give ONE star because I am unable to leave feed back with out electing a star. Signed - a star.

Wonderful service. From the moment we arrived with questions, they were very helpful and showed concern and sympathy for our loss. The manner in which Aaron and the rest of the staff conducted themselves was very professional and they were all very considerate toward us and our family. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
