Very rude and very unsympathetic! They should have people who can treat the families with at least some kind of dignity. They were rushing everyone out, and when it came down getting an excuse from work they were so rude that they say I needed to come in the morning after. When I did they still didnt have it ready and continued to give me a hard time. Would not recommend this place for your love ones. Thank you and have a bless day.

They are so professional. Answered all our questions. Helped with everything we needed. My mother was illl prior to passing and she looked amazing. Multiple callbacks to check how my family was doing during planning and after my mothers services had been completed. This was not an easy time for my family and they made it easier. Our family suffered the loss of 2 loved ones, since one was an officer porter loring was highly recommended. But the staff needs to be retrained on compassion care. They were rude and pushy and acted as if we were bothering them. Very elegant facility but the service of the staff and directors was a disappointing let down. Please remember your in this for compassion care.
