Its been 20 days! Still no Death Certificate. Information passed By the office personnel went from " yea, the "Doctor" is signing the certificate today (day 3) then Austin will sent us a certified Death Cert. To (day 20) Doctor did not sign Certificate yet! So now we wait for a signature, then It is MAILED to Austin. Then we wait 3 more weeks. I smell a rat here. Why..why...why. They have to know that family members need a Death Cert to claim any benefits from the deceased. Who among us can wait months to bury your Love ones.....NOONE! WE PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD! They got their moneys..... Now were at their Mercy. Shame on Them. Im looking at filing a complaint with the state ASAP! They had 10 days by Law to process these Death Certificate.

We had a sudden death in the family and this funeral home took care of everything for us. It made things a lot easier and their prices were some of the lowest in the area but the quality was amazing. Very professional lots of services and the kind faces you need to see when going through the tragedy off loss.
