I went to this location at 10:30pm on a Tuesday night to have a very important RFP shipped to AZ by 3pm on Thursday. The guy that helped me convinced me to get each copy of my RFP bound so that it looked more professional, however they couldnt get to it that night. He said that it could be done the following morning and would be shipped out of this location by 7pm Wednesday night for a 10am delivery on Thursday morning. That Friday, I was contacted by the company expecting our shippment....asking why we had not submitted a response to their request for proposal. After looking in to this, I was told that there was "miscommunication" and my documents were not shipped until Friday (for a Monday delivery). Unbelievable. How hard is it? My company is out $25,000 due to this mistake. My personal loss is about $3,000. You decide if you want to do business with them....

These people run on a different schedule than you and me. Its like, the store is open 24 hours, so they have another 23 hours to answer the freakin phone? Or maybe they work a 24 hour shift? But its not that I just let the phone ring 100 times with no one answering it. The employees here just seem... tired... and view customers as an interuption to getting their work done. There are a couple of notable exceptions. People that make me want to ask - are you SURE you work HERE?

I went despite reading the reviews and it seems they read the reviews as well. I needed a great deal of help since im computer illiterate. I was promptly helped by 4 different employees for different issues I ran across. They helped and informed me while helping. Was there a little over an hour this morning. I owe gratitude to the ENTIRE staff. Thank you guys!!! Caveman

According to the UT advertising dept, this is the best place in town to get your ads printed. I went late at night last semester to get my ads printed and they were extremely nice and courteous, as long as you showed some common human decency and respect. They also probably have the best printing equipment of any other Kinkos in town.

Late on my order by a day and a half and I never received a call letting me know. I had to call to check on it twice. They were supposed to send a receipt with the package and it never made it. It took 3 separate phone calls and conversations with 3 separate people to get 1 receipt. The service was terrible as best.

We got 5-star help today from a man named Julian. My computer illiterate 65 and 78-year old parents needed help printing and scanning, and he went above and beyond. Its acts of kindness like that this that are so very appreciated -- thank you to Julian and the Kinkos team for exceptional service.

David was AWESOME!! Not only did he help me above and beyond, he was very patient with me (I waited until the last minute to make copies for a presentation…I ran into some technical difficulties and he helped me by printing my work himself). Thank you!!!

Great FedEx Office location. There is a particular young man there by name of Nic who is always helpful and courteous when I come in. Its this kind of friendly service that makes me a loyal FedEx Office customer!

Honestly, I have never been to this location, and with the attitude I got on the phone I never will. Thanks, Scott. Your lack of customer service skills convinced me to take my companys business elsewhere.
