These people are just way above horrible! I called them to hire a staff. The lady asked me all the information about my company / my name / how i found them and also what do i need from her and on which date. Then all of the sudden, I am transferred to a different person (Allison). She had a bad day or what, not really sure. I asked her a simple question. Are you the final person to whom I need to provide all the details or there are other people and you will transfer my phone call to them after taking all my information. She then replied to me rudely that she is a Branch Manager and will be the final person. If it is too much for me to repeat the information again to their staff, I should contact someplace else. I still tried to be patient and provided her all the information. She continued to be rude and suggested that "As I have googled her" so I am the person who require her services, she is not the one, who called me. Obviously, isnt it? But she kept repeating her above statement and then mentioned, that "CALL SOMEBODY ELSE" as I was getting irritated with repeated statement from her.

Today I went to Remedy frustrated on finding a job. The people at Remedy sat me down and I filled out some information that took just a little while. The staff there were more than helpful and very professional. Allison seemed to be very helpful along with the other members. All the people that I spoke with really sounded concerned about me finding a good job, Thanks guys. I appreciate you helping me.
