When I first arrived they did an excellent job getting me into a position. However that position I was in was short lived. The rep I was assigned to (Deadra Gonzalez) had told me she had a position available for me and said she would call me back the next day. Through out the week I tried getting a hold of her constantly. She never answered the phone, I left countless voice mails without any response and when ever I would arrive she wouldnt be there or was in a meeting. After two weeks of trying to contact her I finally was able to arrive when it was slow and she was in the office. After all that time she has the nerve to not only tell me face to face but sends the lovely secretary to inform me that she has no positions available and to try back in 6 MONTHS! If I would have been informed of this within a reasonable time frame I would have left and searched on my own. I would not recommend this branch.

Ive applied over 5 days ago, every time i try to contact them about the status of my application they ether tell me theyll follow up with my recruiter "rene" or another representative will. Been told this for the past 3 days and noone has ever gotten back to me or even bother to respond to my email.

I loved working for Integrated Human Capital! It was the best group of co-workers I ever had. If youre looking to get into the HR field, then IHC is the best place to start. I only left to pursue working in a corporate HR environment, otherwise Id still be there. Definitely a great place to work! :)
